Trying to reinstall WOWS after quitting it over Christmas (don't know what motivated me to delete it entirely) and when I tried to reinstall it, this error appears. Tried restarting, tried three clean reinstalls, nothing seems to work. Could I suggest that with the weather effects, AA is also nerfed? Not spotting enemy ships until you're within the 1km bubble but getting shot at 3km away is getting really annoying.
