What you don t know is that many forumites are boycotting WG, one way or another. The reason is very simple, WG does not consider feedback from the players at all. This PR event was another dubious event, selling a tier 10 premium for the first time. If they only did a 3 directives mission rewarding Gorizia, probably more people would have been happy. Last year, 2019, was WoWs' year with the most wrong decisions. This year we may get submarines, even if all the community consider them badly designed. Because of this, quite a few players do not feel they should reward WG for their dubious decisions. Financially too. This is why most early PR buyers dont have a good image.

I think they removed the tier 8 Op because smart players would grind their tier 8 cruisers there. Why would anyone smart grind a tier 8 cruiser without heal in randoms, where you would get tier 10 games half of the time?

Without TA, you can fire them at a target while undetected, asuming there is no DD inbetween you. With TA, torps get faster, but you don t want to fight a BB at that ahort range anyway. TA seems useless for cruisers, maybe for DDs will be better.

Remember how Conqueror had the highest BB damage, but not wins, because most of his damage was repairable? Guess what. Still, against tier 6 or 7, this will sealclub, but I guess it will be a worse sealclubber than Kaga or even Shokaku.
