Its the same problem with the guns, which IRL could shoot at different targets (more than one). The game has a single point of view, the captains, and all controllable weapons are automatically pointed on that directions, even the torptubes or turret guns on the other bord (side, for landlubbers) - some low tier BBs that have non-centered, side turrets, so, when the captain switches view (which is almost instantaneously), those have to turn too (much slower). This has been asked before, in a different way, like why cant the stern and bow (back and front) guns be aimed at different target. Player controllable weapons have a single target aiming in this game, even those weapons that can not shoot in that direction. AI controlled guns, like secondaries or AA, can aim and shoot in different directions in the same time.

It does, many times on UK DDs when using speed flag and stopping and smoking, I would end out of my own smoke. So I removed speed flag from UK DDs. Or on French DDs, speedboost and speed flag made dodging torps more difficult.

Because lately the game has been filled up with new ships, designed to help either the average level of player (which is dumb as fack) or the much hurted Russian pride: bow on RU BBs, RU cruisers, supercruisers, No more flanking, no more kiting, just the easy way: bow-on and click. But bow-on ships tend to eat torpedoes launched from their front.

If they lose enough players, they ll have to merge servers. Have some patience, they are very talented at ruining their own game.

You seem quite satisfied about this. Maybe you don t realise this is the easiest way to lose players. As if there is not a shitload of other online games desperate to attract players, unlike this one. If they screw up with subs too, like they did with CVS, they can start merging and shutting down servers.

Sometimes game/mouse gets jammed in free look mode. Just right click the mouse again, it exits free look mode.

Today greatest achievement is not playing this game that becomes shittier day by day. Logged in, then decided to log off.

Reality check: IT IS A FAILURE. The main result has been to decrease the DD player numbers, then German CVs to decrease the cruiser player numbers, and finally FDR to decrease BB player numbers, I guess. Hey, but if they insist it is a success, it is... STILL A FAILURE.

Probably is a test to see if the daily shipments motivates the players to play more. And this test needs a lot that gets no shipments, for compare the results.

Not a good sign for the game longevity. I hope they are still happy with their shitty CVs they are pushing so hard down our throats, enough to compensate for the diminished income. And winter/subs are coming...
