You got it wrong. You re asumming everyone shoots AP only with Deadeye. AP on an angled target or a DD has bad results even with Deadeye. Spam HE only with Deadeye in a Thunderer, and you ll get good results even as a bad player. From 20+ km.

Yes. Did your premium time expire? Then your accuracy is now reduced to half from what it was. Buy premium time for at least 6 months or at least 50 loot containers if you want to enjoy full Deadeye accuracy again.
