Unfortunately, Deadeye was an indirect nerf for cruisers and DDs. In the last years, CVs and BBs received buff after buff. We ve had BBs with torps, radar, hydro, speed bost, defensive AA, and now SAP and smoke. Why play a cruiser when BB is so much easier now? They even invented Deadye for the dumbs that could not aim.
