At the end of the war in Pacific (which had better weather and longer distances than Atlantic, because on bad weather planes are useless, and if distances are short, land based planes can be used), carriers were usually the main damage dealers and other ships mostly escort. But forcing 90-95% of the players to play only escort and never see enemy ships means 90-95% of the players will leave this game, compared with 5-10% unhappy CV players. And when CVs were not OP anymore and had mirrored MM, all those "skilled" super unicum CV players left the game because could not get comparable results with other ship classes.

I watched your video, its good, but it has a big drawback: 1 hour length... Edit: Not wanting to go into an argument with you about"how useful" it is, I just searched the stats for EU server last week, considering it an indicator for this. (Of course the fact that you need to spend hard cash for Blys has to be factored in, but also let s not forget that the Polish players play on EU). The smallest amounts of games played last week in a tier 7 ship (Sims is not included, because it s a ship you can not get anymore) : 1. Hiryu: 52k games 2. Kiev: 53k games 3. Blys: 54k games 4. Of course you will insta-buy a Portuguese ship for the same reason the Polish players will insta-buy Blys, I can understand that. If you can not understand that the most important reason for me and for most of the players to buy a premium ship is captain training, that is your problem. Also, another reason which maybe you will understand is that I might save some money for buying Tone, which will for sure come in a bundle, and is more useful than Blys.

Yamato has torpedo bulges and better heal which makes it better against torps, so better against DDs, CVs. Also has better, longer range secondaries, so even better against DDs.

Probably Yamato deserves a nerf. Or, if not a nerf, because Yamato is very strong against BBs, make it weak against cruisers: its shells should over-penetrate the cruisers, while having increased chance to be set on fire.

Maybe all the [edited] created this weekend will finally determine WG to make cheats impossible.
