However, if I understood well, ARP ships are subjects to licensing, so if WG does not pay the license the ARP ships will be removed, so I don t really see the pont of trying to raise a captain for them.

May be a general problem with the phonetic translation of foreign names in Chinese, they have to find Chinese words that sound similar and compose that name so it has some meaning, because all Chinese names have a meaning. I don t think so, but it needs to be tested. The first 2 are passive, skill or module dependent and work only for torps, the last one is active, consumable dependent and works both for ships or torps. From what I ve noticed so far they don t stack, but I did not test it.

I think they will delay implementing clans as much as possible, because in clan wars you get free gold, and they try to milk us dry. I would not be surprised if the reward for clan wars in WoWS would be credits, not gold!

Grinding tier 6 cruisers (both Aoba and Cleveland) while Tirpitz was on sale was the worst possible thing, MM used them for filling up tier 8 games. You only had to count the Tirpitzes, the team who had more would loose. My Aoba started with an amazing record of 7 losses in a row, mostly tier 8 games infested with Tirpitzes, in which I was usually ranked among the best 3 players in the loosing team.
