And of course you ll need CE too. A lot of skillpoints needed to improve its performance. From the 3rd row skill best is DE, 4th row skill you can choose between IFHE and CE, better is to get both, but that s a 14 points captain...

Play smart, when you get detonated, you get 10 completely no-detonation flags, if you use them, you should not get another detonation the same day, if you dont play more than 11 games that day...

It s a fast ship, with poor guns, and it s on tier 6. I have only bought it because of the mission with increased XP (because of the mission I got a 17 points captain), even if I said I will not buy a tier 6 prem ship, because of the MM. It s not worth paying money to buy a tier 6 cruiser in which you will be mostly lower tier, in tier 7 or 8 games, and with 5 BBs/game. Now, without the mission it is not worth buying anymore because of the screwed up MM. Because the guns are poor, it works slghtly better when you have enough points to put DE and AFT on it.

AFT, besides longer AA, it also gets your secs to +10 km.

If you like cruisers, esp RN ones, and already have 4 premium battleships that you don t like, than no, it s not worth 750 k free XP.

Has nothing to do with the winrate, but with MM... MM for tier 5-6 (and 8) is awfull, and especially for cruisers. Soon WG will have to give up their preferential MM for low tiers, because is hurting the sales of premium ships on those tiers. The only tier where is worth to buy a premium ship now is 3, 4 and 7. To pay money to buy a premium ship in which you will mostly be low tier is a bad joke.

What you guys don t understand is that there is a whole marketing and pricing strategy with this bundle release, what was the highest optimal price to be charged (99.99 euro/dolars, because if it s over 3 digits you already loose possible customers), prepare a nice campaign for publicity to maximize the demand, associate its name with the name of another, more famous ship (Bismarck, hence the campaign is called "The hunt for Bismarck", to borrow some of that fame for an unlucky ship), what to add in the bundle, gold, but not gold only because then the gold sales would go down for a while, and so on. Hell, if WG would have hired me to design this campaign I could have even improved it and get better financial results. And most of the guys who argue with me have no idea about all these things.
