Carriers as a class are still unbalanced as [edited]. That s why are limited to max 2 per game (even 1 at high tiers) and can not division together. No buffs needed, but nerfs. It will be a balanced class when you can have 5 in one team (like BBs now) or when they can division together. CVs were por designed from the start of the game. Which is worse, game-satisfaction wise, if you want to keep players playing this game, you can not allow 1-2% of the players to ruin the satisfaction of the rest of 98-99% of the players.

However, be nice and buy something anyway.
