The Russian server is sinking. The only server with an enough large and stable population is EU, hence the "special" EU treatment. On the other servers they have to suck up to the players.

Today, Kutuzov 30% off in premium shop. Pros: Smoke, good ROF, usable yolo torps (8km), very good AA. Cons: Squishy, small caliber guns 15 cm (which requires IFHE), needs a good captain with at least 14 points, who can be specced either anti-ship (DE, CE and IFHE) or anti-air (BFT, CE and AFT), but not both. SI is highly recommended in both builds. Recommended: Yes.
