I don t normally play carriers, and I still believe they deserve more nerfs because the impact of a single ship in a game is too big in the case of the carriers, which leads to even more unballance when you have a good CV player against a bad one. Even more, the guys who paid 50 euros for a DB only CV almost deserve to be scammed by WG. But as a collector of premium ships (and regular - I have over 130 port sluts) I think that we too should somehow protest against WG. So, what I will do is buy the GZ, not play it at all, and open a ticket asking for my money back because it s an unfinished crappy ship. If the number of players that ask for a refund in this case grows, WG will be forced to do something, and in any case, anyway, this will give some extra work to the competent WG staff.

Actually, another LTT issue.. Learn to think: why do you think WG restricted the number of carriers to 1/team from tier 8, when they were already restricted to 2/team already?
