What Was In Your Crimson Containers? - Revolutionary Rewards
22cm replied to iJoby's topic in General Discussion
My table is much better than yours. -
Well, the Iowa was the most modern designed BB used during the war, while Yamato was an older pre-war design. It s hard to say in a 1 on 1 battle who would have won.
-
I think it has not been refreshed since Kii was launched cos I was looking for a Amagi-Kii compsarison and could not find it there. So it has not been updated for a few weeks. I tried to use what you mentioned, https://wows-numbers.com/de/ships/, and I got this data: Conqueror has only 71k battles in total compared to +1,5 kk for the others and even +2kk for Yamato, while having a + 3-4% better winrate. Exactly the same thing.

Hey, I can understand WGs mindset, if the nubs are paying to play tier 10, why not take their money? A unicum can win money in any tier 10 game, so he is not a good customer. I think there are much more nubs than unicums, and they sort of have a meeting in my team every weekend. So it s normal to balance the game according the largest number of players. If they balance it considering unicums, they should nerf Ranger...

On the other hand, 18 k battles in Conqueror, while all the other 3 had at least 3 times more battles, this shows that the ones playing it now used a lot of free XP to research it fast, so old players. When the large mass of players gets it and when it also has 60-70 k battles in 2 weeks, we can see it clear. A 2% more while being played mostly by more experienced players is debatable. The more dmage it has is also mostly repairable damage, unlike the other BBs. Remember the old Khabarovsk when it was first launched? Had almost 10% difference to the other tier 10 DDs.

Anything except a 3rd BB.

Choosing Targets for the Floatplane Fighter

You are speccing your ship for the 2 years ago-meta, and, funny thing, feel proud about it. Exactly. 1 Cv once in 3-4 high tier games, and if he s good he ll always drop the US BBs last, after the UK BBs melt their AA. -

if you already know the answer, why ask on the forum? I would only take at most the range AA module on any BB and no more these days, especially on US BBs. -

Nope, now it s the first time you mention those ships. And I think AA specced BBs are no longer the fashion now. -

Choosing Targets for the Floatplane Fighter

No, you decide that based on AA dps. If the big AA guns have more dps then the small one, then Manual AA. If the small ones have more dps, then AFT. -
1. Esperance (that you can see in missions) 2. Revolutionary rewards (you need to have the ship OCT. REV. for this so you can t see it) 3. An October Revolution (if you don t see it you probably finished it, mission to get the ship with the same name, the mission for this week is called "Where is the revolution": https://worldofwarships.eu/en/news/common/in-soviet-russia-meme/ )

Just the usual WG EU. I think they re doing it on purpose, for comic relief.
-
Nah, it s just the usual WG EU. WG EU is unique.
-
Yes, because all the spotting planes which have not even been launched are counted, it is stupid.

They stack, but Manual AA works only for big AA guns. -
Yes, but I don t expect any measure to be taken.
-
It works ok on 15 cm guns. Regarding Phoenix, it helps pen bridge areas of some battleships, like Kawachi, Myogi, Nassau, and Iron Duke.

What Was In Your Crimson Containers? - Revolutionary Rewards

For the usual content, 250 gold is clearly the best you can get. Because: 1. 250 gold = 250 gold 2. 5000 free XP = 200 gold (at normal conversion rate or 145 gold if you have the patience to wait for a discount) 3. 1 premium day = 250 gold (but usually nobody buys 1 single day, so is 216 gold when you buy a 3 days weekend, 179 gold when you buy a 7 days week, or even 83 gold when you buy 30 days) Also, it starts when you get it, so you can not use it when you need it like the gold or free XP. And, according to WG NA (because, you know, WG EU is unique) you have 21 days to get 21 containers: Spoils of the Revolution Starts Oct. 4, 04:20 PT (07:20 ET) Ends Oct. 25, 04:20 PT (07:20 ET) As for the 2.5k gold, is obviously very rare, since no one here got it, so don t count on it. So the best you can get would be 21 x 250 = 5250 gold, which would probably be arround the price of the ship (the other tier 5 premium BB, Texas, is 5150 gold.) -
Came 3 ribbons short (147) in a Chappy game...

They covered that, 15k base XP means over 10 battles. No matter when they reset, most players can probably do that only on Saturday and Sunday, and not Monday.- 35 replies

Agreed. They must have observed that players are buying them, so they increased the price.- 35 replies

Why play tier 5 cruisers? Why play Omaha? When this BB has better HE, fire chance, armor, concealment, range and almost the same speed? Just remove Omaha, who needs it?

Remember Khabarovsk?
