I finally got a decent team and got 3 stars from the scenario: 1. Nassau camo 2. 75 Sierra Mike flags 3. 15 Blue Lagoon camo

Just a warning: because this is a new scenario, the level of retardness of the random teams is beyond epic.

Because math is sometimes too hard, I ll break it up again in easier to understand things: The added value of the crap from containers for me was only 2879 gold, compared to the 5800 gold (ship and slot) for the free owners. However, adding the 4000 free gold from the 30% discount on the big package, it sums up to 6879 gold. So, only buying the big package made sure WG can not shaft you. Now, go bug off someone else.

Let me break it up in easier to understand things, for the slower minds: The big package has: 1. 30 times x3XP helped me to train a 19 points RU captain. 2. 30% discount calculated only for the 12500 gold ( because more complex calculus will only further burden the slower minds) is 4000 gold for free (not using the real number because it has decimals which is too hard to understand for the slower minds). Points 1 and 2 added together made sure that whatever WG did with this Okt. Rev. campaign, I could not get screwed by WG.

I ll repost myself here, in case someone wants to calculate the worth in gold of what he got.

You are a lucky one, you still got 1250 gold, even the 250 gold was rare, I tnink I only got 750 gold so far. On the other hand the other players got about 5800 k gold worth for free (ship +slot), while not even one of the paying customers that posted here got close to 5000 gold from the crap they got from the containers. Those at WG must be completely avare to screw their paying players like this. From my point of view, I had a feeling from the start that it will be like this, so I got the big package to prevent being at a loss because of the expectable screw-you WG policy. The 30% discount on gold to compensate this and the 30 x3 XP allowed me to train a RU captain to 19 points, who will go to Moskva when I will get it, because it s the only ship where the BB skills would fit. Basicly, it gets down to this: 5000 free XP = 143 gold (on the :35 discount) or 200 gold max 1 premium day = 83 gold (when paying 2500 for 1 month) or 250 gold max. In your case, so far you have: 5x250 = 1250 gold 4x1day = 332 gold (or 1000 gold max) 11x5000 free XP = 1573 gold (or 2200 max) So far you got 3156 gold worth back in returns compared to 5800 gold for the free owners. Even with no discounts used, you only got 4450 gold compared to 5800 for free owners. So, either someone at WG is stupid, or believes we are stupid.

Yes, 2 people that posted here said they got 2.5k gold.

I got mostly 5k Free XP. Looking back, it was not worth buying the ship, it was better to get it for free.

Actually, Arkansas Beta would be the best low tier secs specced ship. Maybe I ll try it while the discount lasts. It has 21x127mm HE firing secs which can be extended to 5.3 km.
