There seem to be more than one bug with the ARP missions - I had already earned an ARP Hiei - it was nice enoght to get a 6 point captiain instead of the 3 point I had - but the upgrades I had install on the ARP Hiei have gone. they are not available to add again and I am not sure that they were refunded. But it is bloody annoying and of course this happens when I am really low on silver... sigh
