Monarch is getting range buff in next patch which good but fire chance should be increased as well (KGV: 41% , Monarch: 35% Lion: 46-48% )

They would lose their main gimmick and not worth to play at all.

I didnt ask for how I should play the ship, actually I grinded it out and wont play it ever again. Only pointed out its clear downgrade from its predecessor while its getting buffs recenty ;)

Join a clan who make actively clan battle. I collected 30k steel in 2 clan battle and ranked season.

I bought Fdr and refund it immediately, battle influence was too low compared to Midway. Sure its much more superior in ranked and clan battle but gets banned after 1 week. Also not very happy with Marceau I think Kleber is just better.

Is there any possibility to test resource ships (steel,coal) in test server ? Armory is mostly empty only bunch of T2-3s.
