As I am unable to find a Public Test topic for connection problems I am posting here. If it's in the wrong place I'm sorry. Someone might want to start a topic on connection problems in that case. Issue - I managed to play the test realm problem free for a number of weeks then I had a few occasions when I was unable to connect and got the message - Error connecting server. Failed to Connect to the server. Please try again later. (see attachment wws1 screen shot).
After a few days of what I assumed could simply be downtime, I again managed to connect and play the test realm with no problems for a week or so. However, I have now had the original error message and have not been able to connect to the game for well over a week, attempting to connect a couple of times a day at least.
Customer Service reply was about as much use as a concrete life belt - saying in as much - we don't support the test realm client and so can not help further (see attachment wws ticket reply) So, they suggested posting the problem on the forum - but then managed to send me the forum link for World Of Tanks to report to - outstanding, Not !
So, in the end I'm posting here before giving up on the game entirely in the vague hopes that someone will be able to suggest a solution.
For reference, I do not have any internet connection issues and I can play the normal world of warships game/client all the time with no issues. It's just the test realm that will not connect at all.
So - over to you guys for some help.
