Today I tried reinstalling WoWs and I have to tell you guys it feels like a worthless scam app. WG addiction scheme really needs to be reviewed by EU agencies, because the game itself is worthless as compared to the hype it gets from the player base. After 4 months it just seems to me that there is nothing that kept me "hooked up" other than some scheme. Be warned, and get the perspective guys. And get better, because gambling addiction is very similar to what WG has in store for ya. Cheers!

Real Life Threats Reported.

I kind of expected this to happen, and with the load of carp that those WG limbertakes graciously served us in December + all the carp around it that makes people rightfully complain all the time here on forums... I just quit this game :) Believe me, it's so much better than the daily chew. This isn't a game, it's like the liquor (RIP John D.), and they're fully aware of abusing the addiction mechanism. They will be punished for it, and soon ;-) First of all more and more people become aware of it. Second - you won't even believe how much complaints are made to EU regulatories. If you want to jump the bandwagon and get some $ when the gavel wakes their sorry basses, round up the carp they made you swallow and send it to your local consumer rights organization for review and let them guide you what to do next.

I don't, dropped out yesterday, and it's a big rock off my chest to be honest. Also about CP - I had my suspicions as well about him being on WG payroll, but I think he's trying to be consistently a happy game user like your everyday holier than the Pope goer. Nothing wrong about it, but writing about it all over the place and arguing with every disgruntled customer like a local store fan who just sits there next to the counter to pick a bone with every complaining customer gets soooo annoying that I blocked him :)

First establish a company. Then work hard to make it large enough so that you could leave it in the hands of your hired managers, and establish another one, or even 2 more. When you have a couple of self-governing companies and a bunch of lawyers, you'll be able to afford one for your personal matters and "crusades" ;-) Just a hint. Cheers!

As I said, 6 months or so. My attorney works on a retainer so when I told her to pursue this in 6 months if I don't give her heads-up about a class action, then it's already due to happen. How long is 6 months depends on one's perspective :) For me 6 months is very long. For people to organize for class action it's a blink. Organizing things like this usually takes years. For culprits -- the moderators who wronged me -- the wait will probably be excruciatingly long, but not as painful as naming and shaming and the unemployment that will follow.

The hardest part, my friend, is understanding that when someone tells you to uninstall the game, they actually mean it and they don't mean anything wrong, quite the opposite. You'll thank the person who tells you to uninstall, when you do it and feel the freedom from the addictive, rigged scheme of the game. Just like I just did :) I think I made myself the best Christmas gift I could :)

This game isn't beta / early access / game that's not yours. It's a pretence, a front, and any court will dismiss this argument in a blink. Well, with a decent amount of proof, but it will only take a mediocre lawyer to dig out enough supreme court cases (in any country) or ratified international treaties for certain jurisdictions to debunk the arguments of "beta" or "early access" or "game that's not yours" (making promises to collective customers and breaking them).

There should be another poll option -- stop spending and cease playing the game as a means of saying "you've crossed too many lines, pals".

You're right, at first glance it seems unwarranted. But believe me, moral damages can be proven by testimony, sworn experts explaining tangible and untangible losses, and attorneys referring to parallel cases. It's all a matter of proving cause-effect, and I have a strong case here. As I said, heads will roll either way. Also I don't intend to be emotional about it :) When someone is in breach of my rights I serve it to them very calmly, even cold, and not for public acknowledgment or fame -- you won't find a single trace of any case I won. I do it for personal gain, which is intended to make things right. That's what claiming damages is meant for.

It's simple. Divide every number in the game by 3, and introduce tier XI-XII ships with numbers proportionally higher as compared to T1-10. Can you understand my idea now?
