I have been informed through the support ticket system that no refunds or compensation will be offered for this issue. Probably because the game is still functional, if it can be called that. I have a years WoT premium and the 30 day package with one of the pre-order packs. They were keen to point out that premium time is synced between WoT so it is still available for 'use' there. I was going to point out how little WoT i played now due to the toxic/borderline clinically retarded community majority, but felt it would fall on deaf ears. So i've just chalked it up to a learning experience and wont be purchasing premium time again.

Been having this issue since midway through CBT, after one of the patches. Been going back and forth with support for weeks and they say that they are working on a fix. No idea if or when the patch will actually release though

I have the same issue. Been talking with support for >2 weeks now. They are 'working' on the problem. No ETA for a patch. Super pissed they're not offering any compensation for premium time i've lost while unable to play (though they did point out that my WoT premium time applies to warships. Yeah thats also ticking away thanks WG) I get 4+ seconds of desync which makes it virtually impossible to react and avoid incoming fire or torps. Patch coming in a couple days, though it doesn't mention any netcode fixes i guess we can just hope that it helps.

My support ticket got sent to the QA team and they say they are working on a solution but it may take some time. In the meantime i took my pc to a friends house and tested on their 12mbps connection. No desync. PC is now back at my place with a 1.5mbps connection and i'm back to experiencing the 4+ second desync. Possibly a bit of terrible netcode optimization going on or something as no game should (or ever has in my experience) max out a 1.5mbps connection. Either way its out of my hands and all i can do is sit back and hope for a fix sooner rather than later.

Seeing as WG have stopped responding to my support ticket i figured i'll try getting some help (lol!) here before i go to PayPal for a refund. Been suffering from constant 2+ second desync for the last few weeks. Rudder/throttle inputs were taking two seconds to take effect and since the Open beta launch it is now up to 4+ seconds. Ship positions are shown incorrectly and i have to fire into the open space in front of a ship to score a hit. This obviously poses problems in Battleships and Cruisers, as attacking destroyers at close range is virtually impossible when you sometimes have to aim more than a full screen width in front of the ship to actually score a hit. Playing destroyers is impacted because dodging incoming fire is near impossible when your rudder takes more than 4 seconds to begin to swing. I know i'm not alone in suffering this issue, posts kept popping up during the later stages of CBT and i'm sure they will be popping up again soon. I'm not sure if Wargamings lack of response is admission of a problem or a display of incompetence/poor service. Either way i just want things sorted so i can start playing with the premium time i paid for! I'm already down 6 of the 30 days i paid for, how much longer should i sit around and watch time tick away? cpu: I7 2600k mobo: Asus Sabertooth z77 GPU: GTX 970 Ram: 8gb Pingplotter reports no issue, all ports are forwarded in router firewall and proper exceptions made on AV/Firewall software.

Been having the same issue for weeks now. Have a support ticket open and WG were responding to it until last Saturday when everything went quiet. Not had a response since and i guess i'm not going to. Really angered that the 30 day premium i paid for is ticking away and i'm completely unable to play. was getting minimum of two seconds desync at all times, yesterday it was up to almost 5 seconds. Impossible to play when you have to fire so far ahead of a destroyer that its not even on the screen! Either way, i'm not going to spend any more money on the game if the 'support' team are so willing to ignore messages. It is absolutely unacceptable to ask us to jump through all the hoops sending pingplotter reports, dxdiag and game logs to then ignore our messages. Even a 'standby we're working on this' would have been helpful. Now i'm left feeling ignored and unappreciated. Not the best way to treat paying customers.

So this seems to be a similar issue to one others are having with uncontrollable ships, though perhaps not as severe? Can join games just fine. But as soon as i load in the Lag indicator starts blinking away. Ping holds at around 40-50ms. Ship rudder/throttle indicator is responsive, but ships actual response is around two seconds delayed. Obviously this is more of an annoyance than a problem, but wait! Theres more! turret rotation is responsive, but reload indicator and firing is delayed by the same two(ish) seconds. Enemy ships actions are also hit by the same issue. Shells and torps fired from my ship will pass right through the enemy, unless i aim forward of them enough to account for this desync. The shells make the normal impact explosions only they're doing it in thin air. Incoming shells and torps are also suffering the same problem. This is a huge issue since a torpedo that looks like its about to miss is probably not, and explodes way out in front of the ship for full effect. Any suggestions? The issue seems to have started after a patch, though i cant recall which one as it was a little while back now. I've reinstalled the game and a complete reinstall of windows and the problem still persists. I was initially happy to sit back and wait for a fix but with open Beta in the not-too-distant future i don't want to see my premium time tick away while i'm unable to play.
