Great news - so it looks like NASSAU on T3 and KAISER onT4. both slow brawlers. What do you think they pick for T5? Another brawler like König? The "Iron Dog"? Or the buffed Deutschland CA nobody wants in the BB tree? Or even jump a tier and go for Mackensen?

Possibly the reason. But on T2 to T4 planes are not toooo dangerous. I would love to have a "Jutland" kind of battle/tier. T4 Seydlitz vs. Queen Mary / König vs. Iron Duke / etc.

Problem would not be "can't" - more "don't want to". WG seems to have a clear preference for WW2 stuff. They removed T2 for BBs which would have been dreadnought era and from T4 on we pretty much have WW2 style ships (eg. Pagoda style IJN and 1930s upgraded USN ships)

They had exceptional survivability in real live at the cost of smaller main caliber. Tirpitz's opinion was that a ship 's main duty is to stay afloat. I hope WG will model them accordingly. Btw. decent gun and shell design made up to some extend for the smaller caliber inWW1. My Main Concern is more that WG axes all the pretty WW1 ships in favour of WW2 stuff:-(

I don't think we will see torpedos on "regular " BBs. Maybe on a premium Graf Spee or if WG agrees to put in my "Panzerschiffe" branch ;-)

Me too! Also I would love to see some variation in game play. To be honest the only difference would be the match making. Do we want to have an O-Class cruiser matched up against a BB or a cruiser. Other than that you can find good reasons to put them in either category. If you chose cruiser the line should be bumped up 1 or 2 tiers. I still prefer a different BB experience

You are 100% Right here. But only if you compare them 1-to-1 to "proper" BB. Idea was more to create a different playstyle for this hybrid branch. I was thinking more of a "Hipper" with 6 x 38cm for The O-Class rather than a poorly armed and armored "Bismarck". Might be too much to put into the cruiser branch. Possibly hard to balance but a resfreshing alternative to the snorring BBs waiting and Camping.

I think I read somewhere that it will be a full branch but not sure where. Would be curious if we new ships or more or less reskinned ones we already know.

Nobody really waited for it but apparently we are getting the first team tree (for Asia). Is it known what other ships come with the tree? Apart from the two premium?

I also struggle to make a difference in a Game. i somehow like The ship but it seems to be more of a supporter so it depends more on the rest of the team you Support. It always reminds me of a Baby-battlecruiser. Such a beauty but my WR is horrible with it..

Moin War etwas überrascht über die negativen Kommentare. Ich mag meine Myogi nach dem Ausbau sehr! Wie ne Mini-Kongo :-) Habe sie behalten und heute seit einiger Zeit mal wieder bewegt. Ein wahres Schmuckstück - und außerdem mag ich das muntere T4/5 Spiel mehr als die Beckenrand-Chillerei auf den höheren Tiers.

My question is towards the (hopefully) soon release of the German BB Tree, wether we can hope for 2 lines BB/BC or if WG sticks to one of each branch for now (would be happy to skip the CV line instead, as you said, Germany and Britain have wonderful BC lines)? Is it possible that you ask on the Q&A or send me the link so I can ask? Do you requiere a Special user to ask questions there (eg. Alpha testers, etc.) or is it free to everybody?

Hi Deamon, I was wondering if we can still ask questions to the Devs? Or has already been asked if we get a split BB line (BB/BC)? From all we have seen so far it rather Looks like one line per tree for now (which would be for quite a Long time considering all the other stuff that is supposed to be implemented)? Can anybody post questions on the Dev Q&A and is it still maintained? If so, where is it? Thanks again

Hello fellow sailors, great topic here and excellent ideas by you guys! Can't wait for the new content to arrive! Question to you: did you see this http://forum.worldofwarships.eu/index.php?/topic/38951-german-battleship-guns-datamined/#topmost - apparently someone found some new German BB guns in the game, I am now a little concerned that WG goes the WW2 route again. I would really like to see the High Seas Fleet in the game rather than more and more WW2 stuff - and yes of course, I know time will tell.... But the linked Posts talks about CA Deutschland's 28cm, the HSF 30,5cm and Mackensen's 35cm. Would they really pick a heavy cruiser to lead the line on T3? What do you guys think?

Hi guys, I was reading through some of the Posts and it is impressive how much knowledge and creativity is shared here to create the fan made trees and debate over which ship goes to which Tier. I was really pleased with the fan made German BB & BC trees I found here for GER and GB (love the "Iron Dog" especially) but I am afraid WG goes more the WW2 route than giving the HSF ships a Focus (same as for the cruisers). Looking at the available guns to be implemented soon it almost Looks like the Deutschland Cruisers from the 30s will be the T3 BBs to lead the line. Any other Tier seems unfair looking at their very limited armour and HP pool, maybe something like the the "Nürnbergs" in the BB line? Hope that we see at least on the other tiers 4 - 6 some proper HSF BB & BC... (König on 4, Mackensen on 5 or so?) Cheers fellow sailors
