Issue with these missions is that they are boring like hell and ppl who have a job that doesn't end at 5 o clock and a real life usually have trouble playing that much in a short time to get it. I think Gremy and Molly are both too strong (like most recent premium ships, even if I only have Molotov out of the two). But it was clear from the beginning that if you put a strong T4 ship on T3 it will be on the edge or beyond. My issue is not T3 or T4 - my issue is that KA is the actual Kaiser and all this fantasy crap simply p** me off. And now they decide to not release the actual ship and keep the ugly fantasy one. The game is more and more moving into a direction I strongly dislike. Hell, I even re activated Battlestations Pacific recently

Or another OP Soviet fantasy ship. They managed to triple Molly's RoF and Leningrad is upcoming. No Albert sucks big time! Especially because of this Vodka infused fantasy sh* piece in the tree. WG knows how to piss off the their customers.

Cruisers are becoming more and more pointless

To be blunt: cruisers are not really needed at the moment. I used to mainly play them but all they can do - BBs do better these days without being squishy and citadeled left and right. Main problem if the game is the total absence of pronounced class roles. All that counts is dealing damage. And the versatility of BBs just makes the issue worse. For me that is also the reason why team play suffers so bad. Give the ships a role so they complement each other (such as eg. In the Battlefield and Battlestations games) and a more team play encouraging objective. Or leave it as is but then you really only need battleships and some destroyers for the sneaky folks. -
I admit I also have a sweet spot for Ishizuchi and the early British battlecruisers :-) I added Colorado to the list - shame on me... Why not writing a review? I am sure ppl read it and love to discuss about these things :-)

Nice tree. Only Nagara... She is pretty much a Kuma with long lance torps. I would split after Kuma on T5 to Furu and Agano. Then super Agano and Oyodo on T7 and Mogami with the two calibers on T8 in parallel Takao. IF WG finds a way for Oyodo & Tone of course. With the current carrier interface - I don't know ... probably not fun -

Scharnhorst would be great! With her 8 guns she wouldn't have the usual pre-dreadnought issue with lack of primary armament. A heavy cruiser/panzer cruiser line would be more than awesome!!

Frage an die Experten. Bin ganz frisch mit Trägern und übe gerade an den ersten Gefechten mit der Hosho (fand Träger bisher nicht reizvoll aber bin nun doch neugierig geworden). Ich treffe mit den Torp Bombern irgendwie nur mit 2 Aalen obwohl ich mich am manuellen drop versuche. Die anderen gehen vor unter hinter dem Ziel durch. Was ist da der Trick?

Wow - just wow. It is fairly easy actually - release her or put her on T4 and give her 14km range with the faster reload and release her that way!

Yeah, I detect a slight tendency to move entirely away from WW1 ships (Kongo lost her battlecruiser hull in 0.5.11). My perception is that WG had no clear concept to begin with, didn't consider that the age of warships is NOT WW2 only and jinxed themselves by calibrating the power progression using the USN snd IJN, two insignificant forces by the time real battleship battles occurred. For comparison: during the WW2 pacific campaign there were 2 (!) battleship vs. battleship encounters in total. In fact the age of warships was already over - being the age of air power. It is a pity how WG wasted this great opportunity to create a game that models naval warfare from 1900 to 1950 with focusdong only on a relatively short period that is over represented anyway. And yes, Royal Navy will be the exact same story. Fellow sailors, the first German Battleships have been leaked through a chinese Website: http://bbs.ngacn.cc/read.php?tid=9471962&_ff=441 We can see: - KÖNIG ALBERT (last of the 5 Kaisers) on Tier 3 with 10.8km main artillery range (remember Kawachi...?) - potential premium? - KAISER with HORSESHIT fantasy upgrades that look like sh**** Even though I know this is preliminary and only a snapshot I am hugely disappointed. Why is it so difficult to implement these ships in a state as they where in 1919? Nerf König Albert to death to shoehorn into 3 and making Kaiser ugly as hell with stupid funnel caps, huge Bridge, new bow section misfit and 1930s antennas and rangefinders? I am really sad about the way WG is apparently taking here! I enjoy the game a lot but this is spoiling a lot for me. In my opinion there is absolutely NO need for this paper-sh*** up to Tier 6 or above. WG please go back to the drawing board and redo this line - even if it takes more time. Irgendwie ist hier ja grade Dunkeltuten. Habe seit geraumer Zwit kein Schiffchen mehr ausgefahren. Albert - Hängepartie und der Rest wie immer. Evtl. fange ich mal die IJN CVs an. Aber es wäre mal wieder Zeit für etwas belebendes.

That is indeed an interesting question considering the modernization efforts to convert the old dreadnoughts into modern battleships. Personally I would draw the line before the rise of air power becoming the dominating element in naval engagements which would probably be 1920s. And you are right - I think the WNT effectively put an end to this era with the dreadnought era's last Hurra being cancelled under the terms of the treaty or converted to carriers. In a way the WNT appears to have expedited the transition from the dreadnought era to the era of air power at sea. But this isn't scientific at all but just my opinion.

Also das wäre mal sowas von dämlich! Jeder weiß, dass ein T4 Schiff auf T3 etwas stark herauskommt. Wenn man das so einordnet, dann weiß man das und nimmt es in Kauf. Ich hätte die Kleine auf T4 gepackt und dafür diesen Fantasie-Eimer in die Tonne gehauen. Alternativ halt wie Ark Beta. Was halt sein könnte: WG EU ist mit der BB Schwemme überfordert und will nicht noch mehr Öl ins Feuer gießen. Sprich, warten bis sich die Klassen wieder normalisiert haben. Dann wäre aber eine kurze Info extrem hilfreich. So isses halt Mist.

Arthur gave another good interview for the NA Server. Wished our guys would put anything like this up but apart from closing threads one can't see much. There is also an awesome Q&A over there. *end of greener grass story* However the point I wanted to make is that Arthur explained that there will be no harmonization of premium ship sales. Nevertheless the difference should be a couple of days and sometimes weeks at the most. Wonder why he can't talk to the EU sales team so they are aware as well.
