Zum Glück sind die Low Tier Karten klein genug. Habe sie gestern wieder bewegt und sie macht Spaß wie immer. Besonders schön ist es, Wyomings über den Haufen zu brawlen. T4 Schlachtschiffe müssen sich warm anziehen - der größte Schwachpunkt ist eindeutig die kurze Reichweite und niedrige Geschwindigkeit. Egal ich liebe das Schiff (auch wenn ich bei jeder Fahrt denke, sie hätte das Tree Schiff mit 14km Range und 22/26s reload sein sollen)

Yes but only because T4 doesn't give you the truckloads of exp to quickly retrain. Captain skill wise it isn't an issue. I think Mutsu will be ok as a trainer as T6 makes some decent exp already.

Wobei 78k Schaden für ein T3 Schiff nach wie vor beachtlich sind :-)

So habe nach kurzer Pause (und nach der Shinonome :-)) die Chapaev gegen den Donkey getauscht. Noch unbenutzt - was habt ihr als Slot 2 Modul? Flak oder Hauptartillerie? Habe mich übrigens erstmal für Reichweite entschieden nach den Erfahrungen mit der Chap (und im Gegensatz zu den Deutschen Kreuzer bei denen ich mich immer für Reload entscheiden würde).

Naja was heißt runtergemacht? Ich habe sie jetzt durch und habe sie verkauft für die Donkey. Aber nicht, weil sie ein schwaches Schiff ist - ganz im Gegenteil. Auf T8 ist sie sicher einer der stärksten Silver-Kreuzer mit ihren Maschinen-Railguns. Aber ich mag den passiven Spielstil einfach nicht und zum Tanken ist sie zu zerbrechlich. Habe ich zwar gestern im letzten Gefecht mit ihr trotzdem gemacht aber musste dann auch den Resr des Spiels mit 100 HPs rumkurven. Alles in allem ein ziemlich unspektakulären Vertreter würde ich sagen.

As built both ships had two straight funnels. These got changed during the first refit in the 20s to the first one curved to avoid smoke close to the artillery director. During the full refit that led to the WW2 state the first funnel was entirely removed. So the Mutsu as she will appear is something like a mid 1920s intermediate step between her original and final configuration (closer to her dreadnought config).

Agree that Type 1945 with 4 turrets would be the more logical choice for T10 and Type 1944 for T9. As for T5 and 6 there is a bit of a gap. Would have preferred the Großes Torpedoboot 1916 for T5 with 15cm guns and 60cm Torpedoes over the TB1939 (T-22). She was just not a particular stellar ship and might have been better off as T4 premium. -
Not to forget that premium down tiered ships are currently the only way to get something for the dreadnought appreciation enthusiasts !

Welcome to the fleet captain! The Koenigs are also one of my altime favourites :-) While I think that WG's fantasy refit is ok-ish on them I still hope for a T4 premium in a historical configuration one day

Not easy to play is ok imo. I like if premium ships are a bit "special". Mutsu being special as in being an (almost) unmodernized dreadnought at T6.

Ich habe sie gerade angefangen und bin begeistert. V-25 fand ich super auch weil ich das Original mag aber die nach vorn gerichteten Torpedos machen einfach Spaß! G-101 fand ich ganz ok aber irgendwie unspannend. V-170 wiederum gefällt mir wieder sehr gut und wird ebenfalls behalten. Einzig der HE Schadrn gegen andere DDs ist etwas unbefriedigend und AP etwas situativ. Gefühlt muss man auf Nicholas, Campletown, etc ziemlich lang herumkauen bist die platzen. Sonst topp!

Thank you, yes, I have DE on Hindenburg already and it is a good choice on her with the high amount of shells in the air. And I left the captain on Roon so I don't have to worry about spec differences between the two top tier boats:-) Before the skill revamp and before CVs started showing up again I was sure that DE would be the next skill as well. But nowadays the other two choices look like an interesting experiment as well. I don't use T-virus either so manual AA might be worth a try?

Na, you don't need the extra main gun range range. Did a full secondary build with manual secondary control which also makes the AA stronger (AFT/BFT). On top the reload module for more dakka-dakka. As for the last captain skills I am torn between DE, adrenaline rush or manual AA. It will be a wile until I get the points anyway (16 pts at the moment ).
