While I don’t know Cato I get your point. For me - who bought almost all premium ships - the PEF debacle alteady changed my habits in a way I stopped spending real money now. Nein die haben nix frisiert. Die Leistungsdaten sind sehr eng beisammen. Und sorry aber du schreibst echt Blödsinn. Hätte die Marine die GZ tatsächlich fertiggestellt um 1943 - aus welchem dunklen Loch hätte die Luftwaffe denn die neuen Vonderwaffen-Jäger bitte ziehen sollen?! Ach ja, es gab KEINE Nachfolger. Die GZ wäre ganz einfach mit den geplanten Fliegern gefahren. Alles andere als Bf109T und Ju87C ist ausgemachter SCHWACHSINN. Und wenn man den Schwachsinn denn unbedingt haben will: dann nimm die Me 262. Die war zwar ähnlich (un-)geeignet für Träger wie der Abfangjäger Ta152 aber ist wenigstens stylisch und WIRKLICH schnell

Und wie wir wissen gab es 1943 keine Me155 :-) Das Schiff funktioniert heute ganz wunderbar mit den Ju 87 und Bf 109! Die Frage nach Deutschen T4,6 und 10 Trägerflugzeugen ist rein akademisch

Nö! T8 ist das Bismarck - Hipper Tier. Da passt die GZ mit ihren geplanten Fliegern sogar ganz hervorragend!

@stinkmorchel Also von der 190 halte ich auf Trägern halte ich ehrlich gesagt nicht so viel. Ich würde außerdem von GZ ausgehen und von da in beide Seiten up-/downgraden: T8: Bf109T / Ju87C (DB+TB) T6: He 112B / Do 22 (TB) / Ju 87C (DB) T4: Fokker D.XXIII oder Ar 68 oder He 51 / He 50 (DB) / Fi 167 (TB) T10: Ta 183 / Me 262 (DB+TB) alternativ zur Ta 183 die Me 155

Well Kronstadt is awesome. From the videos it looks like Alaska will be pretty strong too. Will probably wait a bit as one isn’t really in a rush with Free XP and Coal ships.

Why should it? The issue is unsolved. Nobody forces you to stay on it

Again you can get decent results in her but it is never really fun. She is missing the magic something that enables you to pull off something interesting and spectacular. She is only good for supporting really and doesn’t really do BB duties well. She is opportunistic in her target selection and can’t deal with dangerous targets but only with the harmless bobs she can catch in a turn.

I think we can rest assured they will do very well. Hope WG doesn’T overdo it. What is important for a BB? 1) the guns 2) the protection 3) all the other stuff but not really Rashn BBs have the biggest guns and the biggest amount of barrels. Reload is a tad slow but accuracy is BEST up to normal ranges. I think you can expect a gun-focussed line of fast and IJN accurate Arizonas. Sounds extraordinary strong to me

Well then I am in the right spot here ... I still would wish for a König („Kronprinz“) historical 1918 state at T5. Just give her access to the T9 module which lets you either go for better reload or better range and she would be fine. I don’t think you can go much higher for the non-AA Dreadnoughts than T5 though. I don’t buy any of WG’s we-need-refits-to-balans-blabla. You have a point about VU being a natural T4 (A-H won’t have a first gen-Dreadnought like Nassau) but given the game mechanics sometimes don’t match up with real life I am not against changing tiers. I hate this nerfing into the ground tbh and that is what WG would do to VU at T4. VU’s actual weaknesses are meaningless in this game but her strong points such as gun layout really stand out. I am curious but would be all in to butcher some KGVs with my 1914 Dreadnought :-)

Meanwhile everyone is busy complaining about the state of the CV rework. And PEF? Still sucks. Strange thing is even good games in her suck. How did WG ef this up so well? It could be amazing if it wouldn’t be so sad? Hope the numbers keep dropping as numbers seem to be the only thing WG gives a damn about. Which might partially explain the lack of soul in the game
