Wollte damit keine grundsätzliche RTS vs Reeework Diskussion anfangen sondern nur sagen, dass viel Aufmerksamkeit von WG auch das RTS System in wenigen Monaten gekillt hätte

Erstens passte das RTS Minigame überhaupt nicht in das Spiel, zweitens war es so unattraktiv, dass kein Aufwand der Welt mehr Spieler dareingebracht hätte und drittens bedeutet „Aufwand“ nicht, dass auch irgendwas dabei herauskommt. We certainly agree that WG hollowed out the original rework quite a bit. I am pretty happy they tackle the progression model which I never liked (even during RTS times) but I am also a little scared if they get that spreadsheet right. I was wondering if it could be as easy as making AA mounts degressive rather than stacking linear? I mean 1 x AA = 1 AA, 2 x AA -> 1.8, and so on to achieve exactly that? I mean - in reality two Flak guns aren’t necessary double the effectiveness as one either

Naja wo er recht hat ist, dass die regulären Mechaniken nicht ausreichen einen CV halbwegs sinnvoll zu bewegen und man sich daher auf völlig bescheuerte Exploits verlassen muss, um überhaupt am Spiel teilhaben zu können. Das allein sagt doch schon wie derartig im die Balance zu Gunsten der AA ist. Ich bin vorsichtig gespannt auf das AA-DPS & Plane HP Rework. Das muss ernsthaft ein ziemlich großes Spreadsheet sein....
