Yep no need for 48cm guns indeed. Secondaries could be a thing beyond scenic fireworks but all I could see with regards to the OP’s proposal would be a 4x2 45cm H-Class as TX Premium following the recent trend with Ohio and Thunderer. Looks like they produce decent rewards for WG so I could see them extending the concept to other Nations. However, I’d much rather see some significant real ships first. Imperial Battlecruisers for example

The prob wouldn’t be skipping but more that BCs cease to exist around T7. T8 would already be a lot of what-if on real designs, T9/10 almost pure fantasy à la Conqueror.

Haha PEF is missing punch. All she can do is blap low tier cruisers and support against BBs. Plus she is a decent meat shield. My main criticism is the slow reload and bad AP shells. Both are artificially making her more of a supporter ship which she shouldn’t be. She should be a flanker like Gascogne with sufficient punch to make a flanking move count - which she can’t. I wouldn’t say she is better than Bayern although BAYERN’s few advantages have been powercreped. The guns are nothing to write home anymore now that we have Mutsu and West Virginia, Warspite still holds the accuracy advantage and the Frenchy and Fuso got the Volume. So all that she’s got left is being the meat shield. I think she is constantly one of last T6s in the Stats, no? EDIT: In essence Bayern packs a bit more punch but is less accurate

Well today yes. But at Jutland? Hell no. About 40-50 ships shooting full broadsides at you and you are able to return fire from about four ships and only shoot your front guns doesn’t sound like a disadvantage? The Fleet was lucky that British gunnery was sub par even during this phase heavily favouring the Grand Fleet with regards to visibility. And of course that British AP shells were pretty bad. Crossing the T was still very much the best tactical position to be in. That the Brits couldn’t make it count is a different story. Afterwards the age of Fleet battle was over and was replaced by task force orders of battle. Obviously there is no need to cross the T of a single ship or two. It is a tactic for long battle lines. Btw. Frontal armor wasn’t as strong as the games tries to make us believe. A bow on BB would be very easy to blow up as any shell would punch right through it. Side armor was much more capable of defeating shells

So T4 CVs have gone from “useless” to “OP”? Is that the next thing - CVs are muh bad because T4 CVs are too strong now? Haven’t played since 0.8.7 myself hence why I need to ask

Was mir aber inhaltlich noch auffällt: - Die östlichsten grün schraffierten Provinzen würde ich aber bei Ukraine sehen? - gibt es kein unabhängiges Polen? Ich denke ein weiterer Puffer zwischen Russland und Deutschland wäre in so einem Szenario durchaus wahrscheinlich - was meint ihr?

Sorry dass ich gerade wenig präsent bin aber ich bin den Großteil des Tages mit in der Sonne liegen, Sangria trinken und Jamon futtern ziemlich eingespannt. Aaaalso: die Karte ist als erster Ansatz nicht verkehrt. Ich habe aber noch ein paar Anpassungswünsche @Walther_K_Nehring :-) - ich könnte sogar mit Kroatien bei Ungarn leben auch wenn es eher unwahrscheinlich wäre. Zumindest hätte Ungarn dann eine Adria Küste in sofern ok - Serbien unabhängig bzw entwickelt sich in Richtung Rotes Russland. Vielleicht könntest du das direkt in Rot darstellen? - 2 + 6 in der Karte sollten aber nicht bei Österreich bleiben. Ich denke im Zuge des Russischen Bürgerkriegs entsteht dort eine unabhängige Ukraine - möglicherweise unterstützt durch DE als Pufferstaat Richtung Russland - Tschechien sollte farblich ebenfalls etwas abgesetzt sein um die Autonomie innerhalb Österreichs auch optisch darzustellen Könntest du da bitte nochmal basteln?

You must be new here. Mighty Soviet Nerfbuffhammer hits hard, fast and hits everyone! As the mighty sickle cuts balans in huge slices. That aside: is there any German BB you enjoy playing currently? Had exactly one glorious ranked game in FdG with 6 kills. Other than that the ship feels mediocre or even unenjoyable. Can’t really think of any German BB I long for playing at the moment. (yes - I know you are not new)

Well.. haven’t played them much in a while. I am not interested in the Russian BBs, got Pyotr Veliky from a crate and wondered why that ship is T5 and not 6 or 7. But hey - I guess it’s because of Rusha Rules or something. I think WG should buff German BBs slightly - Either on Main gun accuracy or more towards Massa-Secondaries. However - I admit the recent AA buff festivals killed a lot of my motivation for the game. Although I hear AA balance is better now. So yea... probably WG should do something about them.
