Ok so there’s another napkin drawing behind that concept. 2+3 40cm guns will mean WG will give that POS an insane accuracy to compensate for the barrel count (“muh Russian designs need to be top of the list regardless of how idiotic they are”) Now my problem with this particular ship is that there are multiple really interesting ships out there waiting to be implemented but WG wasted again resources on such things.

This is an intentionally wrong statement. T7 is pretty diverse player wise. Wrong. There is no Kaiser. There is a POS at T4, a Russian Vodka fantasy ship without any ties to an actual ship. I want to play my Kaiser Class. And I even play her at T3 sometimes but the tier isn’t exactly exciting. But the bigger problem is: the ship is nerf-hammered beyond recognition to even be there. That sucks. Better have her in her real tier and unnerfed.

See the problem is: a part of the players don’t care indeed. But for the others it breaks the game. Not a good deal. WG pushes WOWS apparently down the same drain as WOT. No these fantasy ships shouldn’t be in the game. Same for Odin btw

Wolf is a Weimar German Torpedoboat Of the 1924 Class. Essentially a slightly more modern Torpedoboat 1916M (so no “HMS” there) As for the heavies: Derfflinger, Seydlitz, Moltke, Blücher, Kronprinz and L20e really

Err.. well. CVs are now in the game as a fourth class, WG abandoned their balanced ship introduction and go full Soviet mode now (Russian BBs, Russian Premiums, moar Russian Premiums, ...) and there is certainly more firepower on higher tiers now. Plus: subs are coming... What else? T8 matchmaking is better - at least a change was implemented. So there should be more pure TX games now - which could indeed be from a gut feeling. Didn’t check any numbers though. Ah yea and than there are plenty of T9 Premium ships now which are mostly better than silver ones. Looks like WG found a good business there

Of course, WG’s messed up progression can produce weird results. The fantasy refit Kaiser at T4 is pure and can therefore be ignored entirely. The designers made some big poooo there. A proper Kaiser in historical outfit and with close to historical rate of fire is far beyond T3 or even T4 if you don’t want to repeat the Nicolai debacle. So in my opinion the premium Kaiser could indeed a T5 stat wise. To remove all inconstancies in the progression would be a big task considering how bad it is done. Therefore at least this great ship could get a proper spot in the game. A T5 Baden would be nice on top though

Well yes. And you don’t find T3 boring? Newbies and sealclubber-DD-Divis and almost no XP gains? EDIT: well AA - no. For that purpose we have the Frankenstein-Konig Sure - no prob. Zero-sum I doubt. There is no T5 prem BB at the moment so she would fill a gap. Considering I almost never see one in game I doubt that her sales numbers are huge so far

As said you could position it as a choice to the current owners: keep it or exchange for the new T5 version for those who want to. Like what they did over at WoT for the Kanonenjagdpanzer. Plus: re-release the new version at T5 for everyone. Add a “1918” Suffix to differentiate if needed

What makes you think that? If you look at the amount of T3 battles it is quite low. That doesn’t necessarily indicate huge preference for T3? True but you see why, no? a) GC is at a “useable” tier already, b) it’s grossly overpowered which it would loose when moved up but most importantly c) GC would gain absolutely nothing from being moved up but loose a lot. So the situation is different KA has an artificially nerfed ROF of 30sec vs the historical 20-23sec, yet it isn’t enough. With proper RoF she has exactly the same fire volume as VU. For what reason since the Kami-sisters exist? If we had a historical T5 Premium Kronprinz instead we wouldn’t need to change KA - but we haven’t Return a prem to the sales, at a better price and gain a useful T5 Premium with almost no effort?

Auch wenn es witzig klingt (so wie der „schleichende Tod - warum keine Schlachtschiffe mehr gespielt werden“) - in der deutschen Kreuzerlinie waren ungewöhnlich viele Stinker (ging gleich gut los mit Kolberg und Karlshure und hielt noch Yurck bereit..) Bei den Italienern freue ich mich erstmal auf die Taranto - wer hätt’s gedacht
