No they are not saying CVs are too good. They finally found out that the XP gain factor is too high on CVs so they receive too much XP for their actions. It was pretty clear since 0.8.0 that the XP factor was chosen too high after rework. However I think WG wanted it to be high for the initial round of grinding honestly. Now they bring it in line - that’s good

I know - not always happening but when it does it has a lot of positive dynamics. What would I wish for? More historical ships!!!! The ones we know and love, like Queen Mary and Derfflinger! I don’t mind Russian ships either as long as they are real ships. Siliwangi for example I am looking forward to. Well and I would like Hiryu and Zuiho make a return. Let’s see

Model swaps used to be a thing in the early days (like mounting a jet as your spotter plane...) - however at some point WG rearranged some stuff. Since then we can’t access the file anymore which governs which modules to load. Meaning - even if the swap works you will have trouble with the modules which are shared modules btw. I am not sure btw if model swap is forbidden. When I asked Sub_Octavian about making files available for 3D modelling Modding he helped a little with that. Not sure if there is an official position on that matter. On your specific request: the Ju87 model is very low quality (like everything related to the RTS mini game) so model swapping wouldn’t be great as the models would look quite bad I fear.
