I think the biggest issue are the lower tiers and my poor Gascogne! I run her on a hilarious secondary build since day one and love that ship. But more problematic is the almost hostile way of leaving T3-6 BBs in the dust. Why in hell can’t we get the accuracy buff also for the lower tier ships?? Is it an official crime to play anything else than T10?? (not even looking at poor Mikasa - but NASSAU, KONIG, BAYERN) ??

To be fair - is speed is sufficient and they have a Heal T8 and up the line could be something fun. 15cm gun DDs not really unfun currently - like Z-39 and Z-23. I think it mostly boils down to survivability of the line and if these are supposed to be mini-cruisers they should get better survivability than current DD lines. So most likely a good Heal.
