My problem with torp bombers is, that they drop the torps from a too high of an altitude. Historically they would have to fly in low and slow to be able to drop the torps because if they drop them from too high up they explode on impact with the water.

There are maritime rules and regulations that deal with this, someone posted them on the newbie part of the forum. Basically, when there is a collision, the fault of the collision will lie with the more manuverable vessel because according to maritime law, a smaller more manuverable vessel must give way to a larger less manuverable vessel. I am typing this on my phone so I'll try to get a link when get access to a computer.

When the game goes OBT there will be way more whiners whining. The funny thing is, if said future whiners were to actually play the game instead of whining and increase their level of skill at playing, the whining will be much less. From experience with every game I've played, there will be whiners, there are always whiners. The kind of people who want to be able to win with as little effort as possible so they can boast as to how good they are at the game and as soon as they are killed, whine this is op and that is op.

Shepbur, you forgot to add the part of the regulations that deals with who gets right of way. Generally, a smaller, more manuverable vessel must give way to a larger, less manuverable vessel.

It is either the HE shells or it is your crew trying to use oil in a coal fired boiler or vice versa.
