Nordland_11,
In WoT there are a lot of useful mods, and if you are not used to them but go against someone who is, it may seem to you that he is cheating. The truth is he is only aware of more information than you are.
In WoWS, there are some things that give you a big advantage, but it's all knowledge you can learn from forums/youtube channels : angling, required ammo type vs certain opponents, etc. In a game played today, in my Murmansk, i sunk a Furutaka in about 30 seconds with 7 or 8 citadel shots (i was shooting AP ammo). He only did about 3k-4k dmg to me (because he was shooting HE ammo). If something of the sort happened to you, it was not cheating.
Last but not least, in all WG games, RNG always has something to say and it's either good for you, or for your enemys .. so take luck into account.
Hacking games like these is really a thing for the past.
Almost forgot : MODULES .. Modules can give better fighters for CVs (so a CV without the module will lose to the same CV with the module), better accuracy for CAs, longer range for BBs and so on.
