You know we are still in CBT? Everything, including the matchmaking is/can be/will be subjected to changes in the near future.

I think your graphics card is the bottleneck. 1. Are you 100% sure you have the latest drivers installed for your graphics card? 2. Long loading times are caused by people that refuse to use forum search. If people start to use the forum search, all loading times improve by +/- 1 minute.

Simple, one of my dogs name is Maxxy and since i am 100% Dutch, the combination of both was MaxxyNL.

Bugs can be reported here. Sending a ticket to Wargaming Support is another good option to report bugs.

I always try to do my best. But sometimes it is, even for me, difficult to reply in a "normal" way, specially with all the troll topics on the forum(s), and also the people that refuse using the forum search option.

Delay is beeing caused because you don't use the forum search option. Enough topics already about the same problem Captain.

Okay, you are right, my bad. But still, sending a ticket to Wargaming Support is the way to go if you want to report a player.
