If you sell them, you can only re-buy them for real money, not ingame currency. EDIT: Sometimes, if you are lucky, you can ask WG to place them back into your account (f.e. if you sold them by mistake), but you still need enough ingame credits (value of the ships) to get them back. Tip: If you are not sure you want to sell them and/or want them back in the future.... don't sell them.

No need to convince you Captain. That you cannot get hits with torps and/or get nothing done in a battle, is not the fault of the game itself. The game is still in Beta, everything can/will be subjected to change. Cannot get torps hit the target and/or you cannot get anything done in a battle? Try harder.

Not yet implemented, hopefully it will be come available in the near future.
