Do you have any mod(s) installed? If Yes, which mods? If you have mods installed, uninstall them to test if that solves the problem. Sometimes mods are not 100% compatible with the latest version of the game. Opening a support ticket here is always a good way to get problems solved/fixed. Good luck getting this problem fixed Captain.

Check Youtube for Ishizuchi gameplay/reviews, this will give you some ideas about the gameplay that is fitting for the Ishizuchi, and if it fits your playstyle. Every player is different, so it is impossible to say, if a ship is worth buying because some players do extremely well in certain ships and others s*ck in it. I always do a Youtube search, this will provide some info about how other people think about a ship. I personally do not have the Ishizuchi, but from what i have seen on Youtube and reviews/topics here on the forum, it is not a bad ship. But.... every ship is as good as his Captain is. Premium Ships do not give the Captain magic powers. And... for almost every Premium Ship there is a non-premium alternative.

1. What are your system specs? (CPU + GPU + RAM) 2. Is you GPU overheating? (what temp. does it show?) 3. Do you have the latest drivers for your GPU installed? 4. Do you have mods installed? If yes which mods? 5. Which graphics settings are you using?

MaxxyNL replied to lethalbizzell's topic in General Discussion
It's poor game optimization. I have a 500/500 fibre connection, and i also experience random lagspikes. -

No problem Captain, good to hear that it solved the problem. Have fun gaming.

Yes, but you have to retrain the Captain so that he can use his skills for the full 100% on the new ship.

Russian battleships should move faster if it's towed by other allies
MaxxyNL replied to anonym_gCiyicUsNYGl's topic in General Discussion
"Russian battleships should move faster if it's towed by other allies" They tow ships when they are broken / unable to move themselves to a safe port/harbour, not to get faster to the enemy.... So i wonder how historically accurate it would be if players can tow slow ships to get them faster on their destination. (correct me if i am wrong) -
Check my reply on a post from a player with the similair problem(s). http://forum.worldofwarships.eu/index.php?/topic/37264-problems-with-textures/page__pid__691264#entry691264 I am currently playing WoWs on my old laptop because my gaming setup is beeing overhauled. I had the same problem in the port, and by hardcapping my framerate i fixed the problem.

It see an increase in bad behaviour (teamkilling / ingame chat) since the game got out of "Beta". You would think these players online register for an account just for trolling other players ingame, but lately i see players/accounts with, for example, 500+ battles go totally bezerk when a battle starts..

1. You sold it 2. Someone has access to your account and has sold it 3. You forgot where you parked your Kongo after a long hot & wild party in the Irish Pub in your Port 4. You did park your Kongo in a no parking zone, and now they have towed it to the impound lot 5. None of the above Contact Wargaming Support, they can help you with this problem.

Use @ your own risk!! Try setting a hard cap on your FPS. For example. If you know that your FPS normally is jumping between 40-60, set the max. FPS to 30 and check of the artifacting in the port is gone. Usually this will fix the problem for older GPU's and/or less powerful mobile GPU's (laptops) like your GT 740M. Setting a hard cap to the FPS prevents the jumpy/not stable FPS which can cause the artifacting textures lots of people encounter in the game/port. You can always try to increase the max. FPS in small steps to test @ which point the artifacting is back. If you see that, for example, the flickering/artifacting is back when you set the max. FPS to 41, just lower the max. FPS to 39. Important: the max. FPS numbers in the above example can be different for your setup. You just have to find the best working hard cap for your system, the numbers may be different, the end result is the same. Extra info: You can set your max. framerate in you engine_config file. 1. Always make a backup of the file before changing anything 2. In your engine_config file, you will see this line <maxFrameRate>75</maxFrameRate> change that number to the number that works the best for your system. 3. After editing save the changes and test if the problem is fixed, if not, lower the number. Instead of editing the engine_config file, you can also use a program called RivaTunerStatisticsServer to set your max. framerate. If you choose to use the engine_config method, you will have to redo this everytime World of Warships receives an patch/update, because most of the time, the engine_config file is beeing overwritten/replaced by the new one. When you use the RivaTunerStatisticsServer solution, you won't have to edit the game file after every game update/patch, because this method does not need to edit the engine_config file to work.
