I wonder how smooth it is running, because both your CPU and GPU are well below the minimum requirements to run the game. Your CPU +/- 54% below the min. req. Your GPU +/- 64% below the min. req. What FPS do you have, and with what ingame graphics settings? -

1. Did you already tried to redownload/reinstall the client/game? 2. Is your firewall blocking the download? (test with firewall disabled) 3. Is Antivirus blocking the install/download? (test with antivirus disabled) 4. Sure you do not have a bandwith cap/limit @ your ISP? What are your pc specs. and do you have enough free space on your HDD?

Not possible. Tip: - Watch Youtube reviews/gameplay of the Premium Ship you would like to buy. It is not the same as actually try the ship yourself, but there is no other way, at least not at this moment.

Do you have any mods installed? If yes, uninstall all mods and try again. If uninstalling the mods worked, try to reinstall your mods 1 at a time, and when everything keeps working, repeat that for all your other mods.

You can also contact Wargaming Support with your problem. Open a ticket, explain the problem (include screenshots/logs), and keep us updated when possible.
