Nobody forces you to shoot back. If you shoot back, you risk getting warned/banned yourself. The autoban system in World of Warships needs a complete overhaul for it to work properly, but i guess that this is not high on WG's to-do list.

World of Warships is far from beeing anywhere near to a simulator, with or without torpedos on Cruisers.

Lock guns for 10 seconds? Players/trolls who are shooting at allies on purpose, should be removed from the game completely. Locking the guns is no solution, because what happens after that 10 seconds? They just continue with what they were doing. Kicking a teamkiller and replacing it with a new player also won't work. The new player, who replaces the kicked one, will end up in a battle that is already ongoing, so he/she won't be a very effective asset for the team.

The Imp. Nikolai is a great ship, if you like to play BB's, but....... the Murmansk is a much cheaper, and versatile ship, which costs about half of what the "bundled" Imp. Nikolai costs. Imp. Nikolai pro: - 1 shot kills most Cruisers it meets in battles - Can generated good credits if played correctly - Real brawler Imp. Nikolai con: - Not a fast ship - It has some AA, but don't rely on it to be very effective - You are going to be focused by Carriers because of the useless AA and the slow movement/turning of the ship - If the MM places you as top tier, it can happen that you won't have much to shoot in a battle, because all other ships (faster then you) are already shooting at/killing the targets before you can. I personally do like the Imp. Nikolai, and i have had some really great battles with this ship, but in certain battles/maps the ship is just to slow, and with Carriers on the enemy team you are to busy trying to dodge torpedos.

Why should torpedoes from, for example, Cruisers be removed? If you take a look at the available info about certain Cruisers, for example the IJN Atago, she had torpedos IRL, so why shouldn't she have them in World of Warships? You say that only DD's have the right to have torpedos, why? That some Cruisers have torpedos, isn't something fictional that Wargaming has made up. Torpedos on certain Cruisers is a fact, nothing more, nothing less.

Hmmm, if i use different names, but the same numbers, the odds vary... Also, if you use the same name and numbers, the odds keep changing after you click again... Looks like the numbers/odds are just a random generated variable/result. The results can be (after clicking what are my odds multiple times with the same name/numbers) +/- 3% higher or lower then the result you get after the first check. correct me if i am wrong
