As long as players play the same as they do in Random Battles, Ranked Battles can be a hell if you are in the wrong team.. -
Bensons do indeed have the firepower, but a single Fubuki (+capable player), when equipped with all concealment options/skills, can wreck a whole enemy team. Your Team 1 could be a real nightmare for Team 2, IF those Fubukis stay in stealth mode and work together laying torp carpets.

A good/smart team can win with a setup like Team 1. It seems to be hardwired in players minds, that a setup like Team 2 means an insta win for that team..

Were we in the same team? Sadly not my day today in Ranked..... some crappy teams + poor decisions by me... Last hour only 6 wins out of the 8 battles... -
Some tweaks would be needed indeed. I totally forgot about the Divisions part.

Or..... to motivate trolls/AFKers/bad players to play/learn to play better..... use a system like in CS:GO where random skins/crates can be earned. For World of Warships i would limit this to the top 1-3 of a (winning) team. Just my 2 cents...
