After testing the game for 2 days now. I have some spontaneous suggestion for UI and UX improvements.
MINI MAP:
one key stroke to center a magnify map on the screen with x% transparency. (like map improvement DLC in WOT) See your registered route on the map see the last position of the enemy. no use to see the wreck on the map show detection range without shooting
Game play UI&UX
collision warning when another vessel is crossing your pathway in a dangerous manner (enemy or ally) The registered pathway on the map is not working well with larger ships, if you choose a path to close to an island, the AI will fail.
Ideas end suggestions
Wrecks as semi immerse obstacle in ground water Signal horn on ships Distress flares or SOS signal strong streams in tiny passage between islands
