Since 5.12 came out (a couple days ago, I found this DD much more enjoyable to play. I also dont quite get the complaints about it being slow/sluggish, as using engine boost, it will do 40 knots. But I do reccomend the -30 secs to torp reload. With the C hull, I play it more like a USN DD, in the way that Im not scared to use guns, and with the upgraded guns, its so easy not to get hit. I dueled a fubuki, dodged all his torps at 1.2 km, and all his shots up to 5.5km, the range at which we detected each other. He lost all his hp, while not hitting me once. I also did 390000 potential spotting damage .
