Finally we can argue, since this seems to be untrue: I'm sorry, but this statement (while being very clear and sensible) does NOT address anything I stated here: Again, I'm not talking about Swastikas here. I fully understand your reasoning behind not endorsing nazi symbols in your mods (at least the ones posted and advertised on the forums). But that statement, or rather modification of the rules, does not explain why some 'legal but controversial' flags (IGN, IJN, Pan Asia) are excluded from vanilla client, while 'illegal and controversial' flags and symbols (Hammer and Sickle, CCCP, Soviet red star) are included in the vanilla client. Thus I ask again: @MrConway, @Tuccy, @Kandly, @Sub_Octavian, any explanation for, or reasoning behind these (believed to be) double standards would be very welcome. And again, let me be clear. I do NOT want the Soviet flag and symbols to be excluded from the game. Neither do I want the Nazi symbols to be in the game. All I want is an explanation why some stuff is included, while others are not. Especially when showing the included flags in certain countries is a criminal offence, while showing the excluded flags is not.

Since there currently is/was (dunno if it's closed yet ) a thread talking about how "long term players are being pelalised by support", I'd like to say something. Yesterday I played a game in my Kurfurst, when the pink Lexington on our team decided he wanted to die. So he simply pressed "W" a couple of times (Battleship captains, take note, even CVs use that key.... you can too!), launched some torpedo bombers and torped himself right at the start of the game. He flooded to death when the battle clock reached 18 minutes remaining and even the enemy team was annoyed. So, afterwards I sent the replay to support, asking for some sanction. I made the ticked at 19h, and received a reply by 22.50 on the same day. They stated that his behaviour was against the rules and that they took action against him (but they couldn't tell what exactly obviously). They even threw in a nice meme. So a big shout out to support! We always tend to give them a hard time (myself included), but this response was quick, useful and funny. So well done support team. (yes, I will be monitoring his battle count to see if it increases in the coming days )

Small update: his battle count still hasn't changed, so indeed it looks like they've given him a ban See guys, sending stuff like this to support works. We should do it more often

(well maybe Saturday, because they seem to work then too, but never expected it the same evening) When I made that ticket I had to click a few times to progress through the portal thingy, and there it stated that "self damage is not regarded as team damage" Still the same as yesterday evening. But it's been only a day... might have been doing other stuff. His statistics are nice tho. 1380 games, 45.58% winrate, 715 average xp, 2% hit ratio with torps, plays mostly US CVs, but also has a lot of US DD games. Both lines up to T8. 39% winrate in the Nicholas.... over 156 games

First of all, I'd like to apologize in advance for my tone here. This will sound harsh, but isn't meant as a (personal) insult or attack. It's just that the day I've had was too rough to be polite and diplomatic about something like this, I tried to be as constructive as I could. Ok WTF Do you realise what signal you're sending here? "Haha screw you guys, you were stupid enough to play the game and research a new ship too soon, now you won't get the modules for free and must play stock". Nice way to punish people that actually play your new line. Why can't you just give the fully upgraded ship like you advertised everywhere on the portal? If it's technical difficulties (which I am willing to believe), you should really make a statement on the portal and forums stating this. People should know how this works, because right now, it says you will get the fully upgraded ship upon mission completion. But apparently, for some reason, this statement turns out to be a blatant lie. If it's intended to be a case of "we don't want to give you the fully upgraded ship because [whatever reason]" ...... well...... I will get a permanent forum ban if I told you how I feel about that.

Me and my newbie friend just ran into @Takru in his Kaga. We had a very very bad game, where the speed of the Texas meant we couldn't really do anything useful. Takru carried the team to victory with 6 kills tho Hope to see you again, when I can contribute as well

Well you have to admit it looks stupid to say "we've adjusted the stats accoring to new tiers" and not adjusting them. And yes, I hold Supertesters in general (and most of the individuals as well) in high regard, and I do have faith in Supertest. But that does not make their statement less stupid. I also understand the way they're handling this. In my opinion it makes sense to just move the ship to the new tier without changes, see how it performs and balance it from there. Makes perfect sense to me. But then you don't go around stating you did change stats according to new tiering, that's just dumb, or worst case, plain lying.
