    Game crashes after starting

So I haven't played WoWS for a while, and yesterday evening I wanted to play a game or two with my friend. I opened up the launcher, waited for 8 Gbs of updates get finished (as I was saying, I haven't played in a while) and when it did (which was around 20 minutes before this post) I clicked the "play" button and cracked my knuckles for good luck. After that, the loading screen showed up, it stayed there for a couple of seconds and then it just crashed, no reason whatsoever. I tried to open it up again, but with no success. Then I went to the game files and tried to open it up without the launcher, just straight up "run as administrator" on the "WorldOfWarships" icon, but that only caused it to crash FASTER. I have no idea what I did, I just know that my game is crashing and I can't play it. Advice?

*Update - So I noticed there was a 80 Mb update, but that still did not fix my issue, look Wargaming, I understand you have bigger fish to fry, but for God's sake WHAT ABOUT US!? The people here cannot enjoy ourselves without you fixing our damn issue!

    Game crashes after starting

*Update - So after a entire day of waiting, I've finally decided to check the log files for any sort of clue to what's going on and sadly, I didn't find anything out of the ordinary, the only weird stuff I found was that it kept saying the old update files were erased and replaced with the new ones ("Clear old update files" and then next row "Update complete") but since it kept repeating it every time I am kinda thinking of ruling it out as a exception. Then the weird part begins: it writes "User has launched client. Executable: worldofwarships.exe" and ends with "Stop". I'm not exactly a tech genius but shouldn't there be some type of heads up to what went wrong? It just doesn't make sense to me. Why just "stop"? Why not, *insert random file of game here* has *insert random problem here* ? It's normally written down on the log files of every game what the problem is.
