I had the same issues but i finally got it fixed! I bought a new gaming PC from Asus with more than enough power to run wows, my old Laptop did it just fine. everything was great but said pixelation started around christmas time when we were able to build our own Costa Rica. Game crashed in Port, shortly after loading the game. I tried everything imaginable, contacted support with zero effort. Contacted them again because in window mode and without fxaa and such things it worked... i don't need to say that wot and any other game i tried worked perfectly... Most time i expierienced ingame when my ship was hit and was about to explode... could not load system resources... In the end yesterday i spent the whole evening, trying to figure it out. Reinstall chipset drivers and so on. When i looked in the options for windows update i found that the option: also recieve Updates for other Microsoft products was inactive. Turned it on, searched for updates and found three for: Microsoft visual C++ Installed them, game is running, settings to maximum, no crash... ship got blown up, no crash, sometimes i had to leave the game via task Manager several times and re enter the game, nothing... it runs just perfect.
