Still nothing and my ticket is still unanswered for almost a week

Still no answer from support nor the rewards. I am waiting to hear back from support for days and even when they respond they say the same thing like to set your profile to be able to receive promotions and change your birthday when I have already told them I did those things from the very first email. This is so annoying I mean if you are just gonna be responding with the same things and no solutions then just don't. @YabbaCoe Sorry for the tag, but this is driving me crazy. Is there any other thing to try? Or should I make an another ticket?

I have made a ticket as well but without any replies. I don’t feel like making multiple ones should help since it increases the work load. Just be patient 😀

I’m still waiting as well. I also changed my birthday but no luck. I checked inside the game, my emails and through the coupons but no luck. Missed tromp 🥲
