I would suggest using either Wireshark or Ping Plotter to diagnose the issue that way you can pin point if it is a local or a remote problem, WG does have some info on this on the below URL. I havent experienced the issue personley but the first step would be to prove if its a DNS or Routing issue, Can you ping/traceroute/nslookup to the the IP addresses of the servers and the FQDN's?. If you can ping the IP's but not the FQDN's test a few diffrent DNS servers and see if any of them work, If you cant route to the IP's open a support ticket with your ISP.

Hi Mate, Have you tried using the keyboard shortcut to fire your guns/torps just in case it is an input issue from your mouse?, Also i would suggest adding the ping meter in game mod just incase its a lattency issue.

Re plays do show they missed but your fps is showing some weired numbers, have you edited your engine_config_xm file at some point as it looks like a server/host sync issue to me.
