  2. So I just had my first match with Hosho since the OBT. Stock, not even retrained captain. Used the tricks I learned from Pape's stream. 5 kills, 100k damage.

  4. Well, I do get hits with AP on destroyers that have dealt 2k-3k damage. No modules broken, yeah, but still good damage. I even have some replays to prove it.

    Would be strange seeing a WWII design Vs a late 10's cruiser design. We've already got an early 20's design (Aoba) Vs a WWII design (Cleveland) though. About the pics, did you took post the images simply by taking the direct link and put it in the IMG brackets? I think you should try uploading then to an image hosting webpage like imgur since some pages block what I described.

    i wouldn't mind getting her historical 30 secs reload time and 20 secs reload time for the improved guns if they buffed turret traverse speed. You've got to continually shift positions and manouver to survive as an IJN cruiser and most of the times your turrets will be facing in all directions if you ever dare to wildly manouver to dodge the shots of several ships focusing you.

    From your stats I can see you haven't gotten farther than tier IV. Battles from tier VI onwards are another world so I'd simply tell you to at least try out the BBs with good precision and CAs with 203 mm guns. Also, try out destroyers, they are fun!

  19. Well, You've got to deal with the underperforming hardware and shitty purpose designed drivers to have portability. Unless you pay above 2000 euros for one of those alienware or MSI gaming laptops.
  20. No idea. Maybe the display driver for the laptop screen is crap like most drivers for laptop hardware out there and when the GPU uses the driver for external monitors it actually uses a good one. In any case, your coment gave me the idea to try play with an external monitor. Never have gotten more than 30 fps in this game so maybe that will do the trick to give me 60 fps.

    Furutaka is such a painful ship to grind. Granted she's got the same survability as cruisers of her tier but actually hurting stuff is so difficult. It feels like you were driving a warspite without the tankyness and the guns.

    Yeah, scaling the attack point is something I didn't think about. For me, the ideal time bettwen when torp bombers enter the circle and drop their torps should be bettwen 3 or 4 secs. Can you give me more details about the results of those tests? imo what I suggested is something very diferent since the amount of torps that land depends more on the skill of the target whereas in the test you describe it still depends largely on the skill of the CV player. Because reducing their speed would simply mean less torp hits per wave and consequentially reduced damage potential for CVs. By giving CVs more oportunities to get hits increasing the speed of their planes on normal flight and consequentially doing more waves per match would, theoretically, give CV players the same damage potential during a whole match as they have now. It's just that they'll have to work more harder to get it than now since it wouldn't mean 1 wave = 40k-50k damage in cases when they attack a BB each time.
