Did you bother reading any review before buying the ship? It's a total turd which was only sold in EU and then deemed too shitty to be sold in RU and SEA and given literally for the price of an stamp in NA server. You got shafted. Before buying any premium ship at least watch a review beforehand in youtube.

You are a recent adition to the ST so I don't blame you for still believing in the value of your job, unless you are in just because you love to repeat time and time again the same actions and redacting reviews about the test sessions. My problem is, in general, with the oldest supertesters. Way beforehand they are applied most if not all balance changes that will be applied to the live server are known and reviewed by the ST. Whatever you write or comment in your own forum, Teamspeak and skype, I don't know but what I do know is that your feedback in terms of gameplay changes is either ignored or there is no feedback against the balance rework that have left this game utterly disfunctional in some areas. Now I know for a fact that the supertest has bleed members thanks to then leaving the game in dissapointment. There are even supertesters that barely play the game anymore outside the test server, I won't mention names because privacy. Now, given that you are only kept as a free workforce for WG, why the old supertesters are still there, giving their time and effort to a company that is blatantly destroying the chances of this game to survive specially here in the EU server?

Nobody pays attention to the supertest from WG, at least in what is important. Despite this some of the supertesters keep servicing WG even when they barely play the game outside the test server. So yeah, some hard Stockholm Syndrome some of you have. About constructive feedback, yeah, that worked perfectly well in the past.

It's been a long time since this feature was introduced for cruisers and BBs and although it's logical that a cruiser has this since it's precisely a ship for AA it's completely absurd that a BB can have this as well. Back when the "personal fighter" was introduced CV mirror MM wasn't a thing. The personal fighter was introduced to curtail the advantage of a CV that may find himself without oponent and also to put some limit to the strike only IJN CVs setups. Now things have completely changed. - Mirror CV MM means that your fighters are continually on the lookout of the enemy fighters which leaves you with no spare fighters to deal with personal fighters. Not only a BB has had since months ago cruiser like turning circles, amazing AA from tier VI onward but also has this personal fighter which makes then even less atractive as an objective. Funnily enough, it's more effective to attack a cruiser than a BB under these circunstances simply because you earn more exp and credits per torp hit on a cruiser than on a BB since personal fighter = AA barrage in most circunstances. - IJN CVs lost their strike only setups which means that they are much less able to deal burst damage. Combined with the recent nerfs which have put then to the ground there hasn't been a moment in the history of this game in which BBs could feel more safe from air strikes, even when alone. In line with what I've allways said, a BB should be an attractive target for a CV, much more than any of the other classes and contrary to what should be currently it is a very unatractive target in most circunstances. Therefore and given how the meta is right now I ask for the removal of personal fighters on BBs in order to bring the balance much more in line to what should be.

Penetrate it? Yeah. Citadel it? No. Your fault for showing NCs subpar belt armor.

Aoba does add a lot. Better bow armor, better gun distribution, longer range, actually good AA, the faster turning 203 turrets except germans high tiers, 6 secs rudder shift time. Aoba is quite an upgrade from Furutaka both in specs and possible tactics. The only thing you'll miss are torp angles.

It's a floatplane. The whole animatio of it returning to the ship is there for whatever reasons. Real floatplanes from ships just landed on water and the crew waited for a ship to come and lift the plane aboard with a crane, maybe get refueled for flying to a nearby base or simply abandon the floatplane if it wasn't possible to recover the plane.

Iirc planes are spotted at 5km so if your ship's air detectability is superior to that you'll get detected before seeisn the plane. Dunno what's the detectability on Kiev but I know it's very bad for all russian DDs. About the fighter planes on ships, why shouldn't they in the air after their ship is destroyed? They have enough fuel and by the scenario some people here propose when they start to run low then it will head to the nearest land mass.

It's working and it's easier to make it work than ever. Whereas in the last one you had to manually configure it now it fully autoconfigures. It's impressive how much work this polish guy has put into making it just for a bit of e-fame.

Well, once entrepeneurs and investors recognized that the manga and anime industry was one of the few healthy bussiness in the 2 and halve decades in reccesion japanese economy they poured in and tried to make their investment be as secure and profitable aspossible by adhering to these clichés. The real creative pot nowadays is on the comiket and various conventions, Nicovideo and other websites. But to be fair there are still a lot of good mangas and great VNs being published yearly. What is really contaminated beyond cure is the anime industry.

There is no stone set rule that german HE has to allways be crappy. In fact Yorck HE is decent. To comment on Graf Spee's characteristics, having Zao tier shell arc and speed, good HE and increased pen and alpha damage are enough to compensate.

Even if in the end we do get project R, which I'm starting to doubt, this wait speaks volumes about the disdain WG has for the EU players.

I'd love Graf Spee too. As a tier VIII cruiser with 18 or so secs reload, superior penetration and alpha damage, enough to pen reliably and hardtier VI BBs or below at max distance, medium distance for BBs tier VII and VIII.Good HE as well as AP. Flimsy armor, subpar health, slow turrets. Zao tier railguns. Your usual 6 km crappy torps. Good manouverability, subpar AA. Usual long range german guns, lower detectability than usual on german cruisers. I think this characteristics could make her an interesting and hopefully balanced ship.

Well, japanese anime related media is mostly silly stuff. The best you can get from a literary point of view is an small part of the visual novels released each year and sadly most of then will never be translated. The problem with anime and manga related media aimed to youngsters nowadays and the reactions they inspire in the west is that it caters to a self contained comunity that has a very different set of values, way to see the world and artistic perceptions compared to the "normal" society. Some of the products are quite palatable for the ocasional viewer but there are quite a lot that can be cryptic at best and offensive in the worst case. It's not like you can't manage to live in the "normal" and "2D", understanding the social and cultural basis for both though: Lots of people have jobs, families, etc. while at the same time being huge "Otakus". Fortunately, Arpeggio isn't exactly one of those unfriendly shows. There are aspects that can be strange to the viewer like Hyuuga, Takao and I-401 personalities and a lot of other stuff that is more enjoyable if you have a background though.

Anyway, this will come, wether ragers want or not. We insane kiddies will enjoy and have a great time. Haters will miss an oportunity to earn any event reward. Of course I'll expect WG to deliver more interesting content in form of more events, skins, ships, etc. Let's not forget about project R. The fact this was promised doesn't mean we shouldn't expect that event to happen too because it has already been confirmed in all servers expect EU.

This is me just talking from my version of common sense but the older the people that watch your vids the less inclined they'd be able to enjoy this whole anime bussiness. You do not know how they'd react to a vid about this event. They could very well ignore the vid or start another version of this thread in the comments of your vid and guess that won't be funny for you as a publisher. So yeah, tread carefully. I wouldn't make the vid just in case, you can see how vocal the anime haters can get so dealing properly with this situation, well, I wouldn't like to.
