    not arguing that but if you add Nazi=can be taken because of todays morals you might consider that Yamamoto didnt exactly did anything about the practive ok killing captured US Navy personal either. Not that there were plenty for US and UK personal that did Things that would have been warcrimes if they didnt won the war......Morales are one Thing but comanders should be about historical operational significance.

  3. And here is were you are just plan wrong. Sure if you face one in a T3 BB you are srewed but if you are are in a T4 up Latehull and you react to the planes instead of the droped weapons you can force him to Reposition. Low Tir planes are nether fast nor have the much hp if you force him to redeploy he takes loses and he has low reserves to deal with that often forcing him to do suboptimal Drops. Of Course if you define defend beinig able to yolo around alone and taking 0 damage then your are right thats imposible but that shouldnt even be a Point when atacked by ones conter..... A bit older but_ And yea he dont crossdrops and isnt the "best" CV Player in the game but thats the normal Level you face at that Level anyway.
  4. If you lower the damage you Need to kill off repairskills to allow for dot damage. make repair lower the dot damage by a certain Point instead. BBs can kill off a CA theoretical ever 20-30 sek why should CVs Need 4 waves and 20 min to kill one BB? if you lower the Alpha damage in a game Need to make sure the Overall stays the same and that includes the ability to deal damge at all including the oponents ability to heal damage over time.....I dont see how that is really posible. People feel helpless to CV atacks becasue of the Alpha. ( I wonder why BBs citadelling Cruiser left and right on the other Hand is aceptable its certainly no fun for a CA/CL to lose 80% of their hp to a lucky salvo either) CV Player on the other Hand at that Level have near 0 reserves if they lose the planes they can quit out for all the Impact they have. Not that T4 up latehulls(tech line ships) are really that defenceless even now vs air atacks

    Yugumo ist ähnlich stealthy aber die meisten IJN DDs sind dafür saulangsam so das wen beide aufeinander zufahren der Vorteil. Shima hat die Arschkarte da sie 0 bis fast Vorteil hat und Torpedobote stinken halt gegen Gunbote wen sie capen müssen ....

    And while all other Players can learn the game while leveling up CV skiper are the only ones that suposes to look at YouTube for help? and even if the look up their 1st taste of their core mechanics is in an eviroment were such ships as Clevland roam about? sounds fair. If a Company penalizes a Class in the Name of non CV sealcl.....eh i mean Newbee Protection they can invest a bit of resorces to build a real Tuturial. As seen in secenarios the CAN do it...........

    You never really needed invis fire thogh the balistics make kiting BBs at 18 plus km easy and that didnt changed. I agree that 8km Tors especally FAST ones really make them useless. either give them better angles(Graf Spee shoed it got who cares if it historical or not a Zao that Comes into 8 km range should be rewarded for taking a risk considering their low HP/ ROF)

    The fun part really start when they throw out the AA builds and then run into a decent CV skiper then heading back to the forim complaining about OP CVs........I Do Play my Ru CLs as Burn down ships igoring Fleet defence because of the lack of CVs thogh i dont come complaining when i get in a bad spot because of it some ships do 0 tradeoff of as AA build: my Mino and Des Moins or US BBs? why not? My Zao or Deitri/MK? Why would I?

    Normally i would say Missouri but the passiv gamepaly at high time soumtimes screw you over. HSF Harezaze with 100mm is nice bcause its acually has the mobility of a DD wich Aki sadly lacks and having 2 less 100 mm but having more torps isnt really a tradoff especally when the mobility is much better. I payed for quite a bit of my fleets silver with winings from my Murmansk but that was back in a better time when aft still worked

    IF your able to get past ships that have near identical detection range but rip shima apart if they spot her for more than 20 seconds. As it stands Torp reload boster Yugumo is the better Torp platform. Just as most consider Fletcher the best US DD and not Gering. Pure ofensiv potential isnt everythig.....

    Wining the game by contesting caps and fighting other DDs? Killing BBs requires the enemy to allow you to kill them unless your a RU DD but then again there are no RU DDs just ships that Play like light cuisers wished they could be....
  13. And why should DDs being unable to fire from smoke? They forced in this static and conterable meta by the stealth fire nerf. If being shoot from by near 0 damage guns from smoke fun mayhaps WG want to adress AP Pens vs DDs by BBs too? because ist also 0 fun that your Maximum range is surehit range for the more arcuatr BBs agist latertir DDs if you didnt cont 43+ Evasion tanking. IJN DDs are a good example: WG buffed gun charaterristics and lowered Alpha and fire chance (but aded that to RU DDs on top but thats another can of Worms) only to then basically make you lose 50% of your HP every time you use them? Seems like a flawed concept. I for my part belive WG is done with DDs being a conter to anything and defining their role sorely on contesting caps and fighting other DDs. Just like i Belive they gave up on CVs and now trying to throw out one high tir prem after another (because they cant sell T4-5 CVs becasue nobody wants to buy them with the crap n00b protection mechanics) to milk as much Money as they can. And given all the direct and indirect buffs to BBs i find it highly unlikely they will piss off the part of teh comunity were they basically Herding to Play despite comunicating that they are woryed that ist to much. When They worried over the negativ Impact of Shima they nerfed ALL IJN DD into the ground. When they nerfed Shira/AKI they made the uique part of the ship near unplayable while in the same time making Yugumo a supirior Torp DD compared to shima(at the cont of no longer being able to cap thogh but who Need DDs to cap when RU DDs Show you can either have fun or do your intended role(not that there are any RU DDs since they are what Light Cruisers wished they were) ). When they nerfed Khaba they made anybody who played her go ROFL because nobody cared anbout the Things they nerfed becasue anybody just even more concentrated one the one playstyle that makes her one of the most hated ship to face. When they said BBs Population were to high tehy buffed BBs and nerfed most aspects that can do Damage them.....they way it develops dont Looks any good in my view.

Even with 3 They hard conter CA/CL the 12km detection is just wrong for some of the largest warships that were ever build or blueprinted even with 3 BBs i dont see any reason to Chose a CA/CL over a DD in most cases. The Utility of ca7cls are just unneeded when other classes can do the Job as good and either have Exit cooldowns or just arent fragile to begin with.....it would take care of muti angle bb Shells once spoted thogh,
  15. And why would someone Change from a fragile ship to a fragile and more often spoted one? Especally when UK BBs are another line of decloack at their optimal killing range to cruisers and have short fuses so the can wreck them even better inc? add another 5 to 7 km nerf to BB stealth would be the 1st Thing i would ad if i wanted to bring BBs more in line.....

    The Alternate line is basically dead. Aki is basically reduced to a slow smoke shotter that never ever gets away once smoke fades IF the PTS gets into live Shira is the nex dead design with the torp reload Booster in the smoke Slot and reload for all reloadbister set at 8 sek.... well ist a buff for Yugumo..... WG sure has ist way with screwing IJN....

    Again how do you make US CV competitiv by making them a deadly conter of exactly one line of BBs if you exclude Seal clubung T6 when your top tir? And German BBS are tanky only at Close range and even there iyou can get plenty of pens just citadeling is hard. The Point is a Brawling BB Needs to be able to get into brawling distance with is a risk in itself ( thogh i agree that sonar is.......stupid and unneeded if you just pushs in a direction one of your DDs are heading anyway)

    And why do they work best agist the BB line that is actually build around the concept of pushing (Good mid to short range armor,exelent secondarys, Profile inacurate Main Guns?) If you want to prmote shoot and fade 13km plus BBs then ist a good Thing If you want to have BBs that actually not camp the Blue line ist not. If you want a conter for BBs hit all BBs not just a selected line.......

    It's a nerf.... When they 1St touched RU HE they left gremy at its old value. If they tell you it isn't they blatantly lying. not that in cases it's really necessary but if someone tells you it isn't that's a PR stunt nothing more nothing less.

    Again thats depends on what your up agist and how your Team Plays. The real Problem for AS is that you dont get rewarded if your win the game for your Team while Strike does.and the fact that Stike can capry while AS is pure suport. thats the real bad Point for US you can only chose one or the other till t9 unless ur Play the premium CV (or CVs soon). I für my part wrecked Taihos woth 2/1/1 in CBT and really looked Forward to Lexis 2/1/! wich i felt the most fun ship in the us line in CBT (thogh i only played to Essex) The Kind of Herding US to 0 fighter loadouts especally with def fire is a rediculess Thing in my eyes. FAct is you canot defend alone agist 21DB anymore than you do agist IJN 12 TB. The 1000lb did masive damage agist any Targets even BBs and the adition of AP bombs only really hurt the only BBs that actually pushes and were rewarded in stats for being less bow on pandling away. US CV Need balanced loadouts for the techtree ships not gimics. And all CVs Need a UI that dont drive all but the most dedicated CV Players away. 2016 is a great year for CV... WG CV Players are still waiting.....you want to drive them into a we dont care role like arty in WoT or you aknowlege that there are 4 key classes and not 3 and a stepchild?

    That depends how good the strike Player is. At Worst you can neutralize his strikes and provide spoting. AS is much more dependend on the Team to act on you Actions thogh. Strike can case some serious damage but ships can defend agist all but masive stikes if they dont go yolo. A 0 Fighter Stike wont win agist a AS that keeps the enemy DDs away from the caps while protecting its own.
