    It dont since you actually need to do decent damage to come out on top. So charging in and dieing in 20 seconds still dont pay off wich is nowdays excuse not to touch W in most classes before one of your DDs died alone in the caps.....

    True but we only know that the BB was to die anway not if there were actually were any targts for the CV to hit without losing a whoule strike worth of planes and so forth. You can find as many excuses to kill a low HP ship as you can to claim its "Your" kill. In the end it olnly maters that the target gets down and the reward for the kill dosent get the one killing it but the one who did the most damage to it. what If the same target gets shout up by motiple ships after you did 50% of the damage? The aswer is simple ...you get 50%+ worth of exp and credits for the kill. True as a DD it can be frustrating if a 2 min in the making atack gets messed up but that might also hapen if the targets angle agist some inc BB shells that only gets there by your spoting. In the end anybody in the team plays for the most posible exp credits gained there are no 1 on 1 duels that anybody has to stay away from.

    Yea would you say that too if about to die BB gets off a salvo that kills one of your teams Cruisers? A 1hp ship is as dangerous as a 100k one. A 10 damage kill means nothing exp and credits wise. The one doing the % damge gets the real rewards unless you look for some meaningless K/D stat.......

    low deck armor taking full pens of any HE shells that hit it is in my book a considerable weakness that has nothing to do with CVs .

    Well the new test 1 is a bit out of wak. If gladly trade normal Torpedodamage for fighters that can take on other planes or rearguners and dont instantly die to even moderate AA fire. Granted the drawback of being useless agist DDs needs a compoetion point but it needs a bit tweaking........

    Would rate De Gasse as a more dangerous ship too at T6 prems thogh thats natural becasue tehy are max range IFHE spamer at that level.

    I find her if angled quite tanky my main probs are when im uptired thogh her guns at least have more range then Perths. IF I have a DD in front to spot she works nice as a DD hunter. Throgh with that RN HE Spam atm no cruiser is really fun. Dont get me wrong im not performing too good either with her but she is like a Atlanta in that aspect. If she gets in teh right place with suport you get a fun game if not ....well we all have our under 10k damage done dead in under 3 Min games ina Cruiser...

    Oh, how I hate surveilance radar

    Radar was mainly a tool to work around the absence of CVs. The problem is its when there are CV around on top of it and Units that have greater radar range than detection range (or to close), Also im not a Fan that most radar ranges come close or over the main damage weapon ranges of DDs.

    The point is were you get past pens barriers by including it. Its overall acepted its usefull for up to 180mm and a huge damage bost for 150ish. Intersting since yourself get hung up on terminology insetead of looking at the result. On average wich do more damge a 150sh mm CL with or without IFHE? you call the result HE Pens i say it inceases the HE damage done due to less shatter.. We are discibing the same but im stupid because i use another termology? Talk about being narow minded.

    MK is a overall acurate long range spamer with smoke. Belfast is a swiss army knife with its consumables and downright deadly to DDs but can be punished harshly if it gets hit without the fallback of a heal. Prinz Eugen is a lackluster carbon copy of teh techtree ship. it has decent armor but since it cant heal and isnt the most agile ship that just means its dies a bit more slowly thogh pens instead of cits. Atago is a well rounded offensiv wise with good conceilment speed and Torp angles and IJN 200ish napalm HE and a heal on top. On the downside it isnt the most durable ship. Indianapolis has very good performing AP guns and higher than Level range radar. It dont take fire very well in non bow on situations thogh. Atalanta has insane rof and like india and belfast Radar on T7. On the downsinde its slow and has limited range and its arcs while alowing you to lob shells over most island have a long travel time to reach its max range. Molotov has incredible T9 Guns butthe base platform is a glasscanon. If you can make a schoors perform you will like her . It you tend to more duarable ships you might dislike her. Perth with its roling smoke cloud is a decent ship especally with IFHE and CE but has limited range when your spoter plane is on cooldown. Hard to skill without a techtree but you can get around that with the captain exp system. Marblehead is the worst of the Omaha clones but its the only low Tir US cruiser it lacks range to its techtree and RU conterpart. Murmansk is a soild T5 cruiser. but powercreeped by BB range increases around that level but soild performer around its level. Crazy Krym is a Swertlana without protected MM. While its not a bad ship its advantage is more AA without acress to def fire wich is hardly worth a level higher (especally if you compare NEw York/Texas) Frankly it belongs to T4 not 5 Yubari has def fire at T4 is acurate is very fragile and outranged by most ships it faces. Another victim of the Powercreep, It also underguned for its Level. Kotori has exactly Yubaris guns but at its level it performs betetr since its isnt outranged. Its a very slow platform thogh so not to every ones taste. Oleg is a decent ship especally with a IFHE comander thogh it trades of the range the techtree conterpart gets with the 130mm that acrtually can use AFT. Diana is a Mini ST louis but i personally find her shell arcs at long range even worse. Emden is a fun ship with high rof. sadly often that dont translate in too good results due to the performance of the caliber guns. De Gasse is another soild performer if you keep you fight at range. Basically anthing but her AA is beter than its Techtree conterpart. Duca De Aosta has incredible high velocity guns sonar and def fire 12km slow torps and is very fast. on the downside it only has 8 guns and limited range (thogh a spoter. Edit : Forgot Graf Spee. Can be highly punishing and durable but low guncount and speed can leave you over exposed if your not carefull Look for gameplay Vids thogh what one player like another cant work with ot all due to personal taste. Somethings arent as clear cut as seen with Belfast were the overal package is quite strong but if you cant play her strenghs its very unforgiving for newer player.

    A shell that shatters do no damage so it ups the pen damage especally since most low tir BBs arent that hard armored in the areas you usally hit...im talking about the ability to acually get a damgeing hit not the raw damage a shell petential could do

    It does ups your pens damage on most 150mm cruisers. and steath isnt a huge isue at the map size at T4

    Really competiv ones dont becasue your handicaped if you dont have acess to compareble layouts. Only bad ones like BF usally do have exp to progess to get weapons. Overwatch was purely consemetic (at least when i played it) Im not woried for lost sealclub ing becasue said seals sometimes bite back and make short work out of carefully laid plans becasue you cant predict what they do compared to a "pro" player. Im woried that high skill gameplay become like competitiv play and that is a Turnoff for me because while i play as good as i can as a soloplayer i have 0 interest in a game that has nothing to do with ship to ship combat. The skill diference makes for interesting and unpedictable gameplay wich helps when you have 7k plus battles to keep the interest up.

    Do thease games have a economy? While you wont get less repair costs anymore if you take less damage your ability to do damage is limited if you die fast. None are really play to grogress games while WoWS is...

    Playing the game since CBT is no indicator. Someplayers like to play agresive and get mixed result some do their opermost to play efectiv wich results in uperly boring braindead not playing ships but a pile of stats artifacts that for some reson look like a ship and that kind of gameplay only works because some do not play that way. The 2ed player does get more out of it but he IS dependent that NOT everyone plays that way. What you want is skillbased MM but thts not cut it. It dont even cut it in WoT were there is teoretical the playerbase to suport it. It would create dull boring gameplay because some of teh most memorable situation only hapened becasue there is a diference in skill. And sometimes even the most calculated and thogh throgh sure win gets thrown out of the window by the enemy not behaving predicable and efectiv too... Most people who do want skillbased Gameplay wouldnt be too hapy when they get it.
