    Klar aber mit den Problem müssen DDs und Kreutzer seit Tag 1 leben. Geonshoted werden ist für niemanden spassig. Sich hinter "aber ich habe doch X Hp" zu verstecken ist meines erachtend keine ausrede. Ein BB das es darauf anlegt ist semi immun gegen jeden normalen CV ausser vielleicht auf Level 9 und 10 wen es nicht vorher 15 Minuten mit HE beharkt worden ist. Ist schon witzig wen mich in ner Missouri ne Graf Zepelin angreift und ich selbst ohne Manual AA skill 30 Flieger aleine abschieße nur Weil ich ziel war. Für solche Airkills muss ein CV ne menge tun. Wen der gegner es erlaubt nimmt man 2 bis 3 BBs raus ist aber nicht in der Lage irgend etwas gegen gegnerische DDs zu tun und die gewinnen in der regel das Spiel. Im Luftkampf kann man geradeso gegen eien Shokaku mithalten allerdings nur solange nicht vorher ein Zerstörer in die naehe der Jäger kommt da diese ansonsten instant aus den Himmel fallen. Wen man also besch.....eiden in Luftherrschaft und scouting ist solte der eine Trick den man hat zumindestens was bringen oder? Deshalb halte ich GZ im Augenblick als ausgeglichen auch wen BBs das anders sehen mögen bechneidet man den BB schaden macht ne shokaku das selbe ohne 75% der gegner nicht angreifen zu können. Ist GZ ein gutes Konzept? Nein ist sie nicht den sie hat einen Haufen schwächen und nur eine stärke. Aus meiner sicht hätte sie genau wie Enterprise NIEMALS vor den CV revamp rauskommen sollen aber WG hat mehr als einmal gezeigt das sie nicht den geringsten Schimmer haben wo es mit CVs hingehen soll egal was sie für vollmundige versprechen gegeben haben. Mal sehen was da rauskommt ich befürchte eine beschnittene 2/0/3 fassung.

    Well Full Strije has TBs but you have other problem with it. I Did both Testmissions (9500 base exp?) for both Testscycles. Well you dont need to be a Tester to know since its in game for a long time that Full stikes are selfish and depend entirely on your oponent to allows you to do damage. I shut down a strike GZ in my DB one and GZs fighters are very weak.... GZ does what is build for and thats stiking BBs. They mess with that and they could just stop wasting our Time because we dont need a CV that is only as good as a shokaku at the one Job it can do while being unable to stile 75% of theships in game. GZ isnt a good CV Funny enogh the original GZ no skill circle HE is the one that has the highest ability to influence the game by killing DDs in early game. IF you want to screw BBs the Testversions do that but screing BBs dont nessesarryly wins the game and DBs are lackluster with the Fighters being too Weak vs AA

    14 vs 18 Enterprise vs GZ point is Enterprise cant citadel most non German BBs while GZ can Citadel ANY BB. thogh with the droppatern your right GZ can hit more than just the number of bombs sugest thogh the bigest is the point that if not germans big E only does 1/3 on the damage potential of its bombs per hit. Well Enterprise has the Fallback of TBs while the most likely version of GZ that goes live dont so its not all that bleak for her.

    Jo deswegen wird die Torpedo GZ so auch nie kommen. sieht nach 2/0/3 aus wo die verluste der DB die ja auch die volle short range AA abbekommen den schaden eher bei 80-120k begrenzen pro spiel. BBS instant killen ist kein spass für die derweilen ist sowas ganz normal ich meine der CL hat volle breitseite gezeigt

    FDG im vorherigen Vid war in selben spiel aber an anfang und da waren die Fliegerverluste recht hoch Iowa am ende hatte warscheinlich nicht mehr 100 flak plus in der position kann ein BB eh kaum ausweichen (Plus bei der pos der Geschütze habe ich ihn wohl auch überascht Iowa spieler rechenen nicht unbedingt mit angriffen weil sie gute Flack haben) Das problem ist man kan Blobs immer noch noicht angreifen scouten ist selbst mit den fighter setup nicht drin und DDs die nun mal das spiel gewinnen sind ein no go. BBs killen tut sie gut aber das muss sie auch den in den meisten anderen situationen stinkt sie ab. Besonders der umschwung von Test 1 zu 2 das man nun gar keine Kreutzer anfliegen kann mit TBs macht sie extrem berechenbar. 1-2 gekilte BBs gewinnen kein spiel grade wen das eigene team wie die Fliegen um einen herum stirbt bevor man die 2te welle in der luft hat. Das war das ergebnis von vid 2 und 3: 0 Scouting power und ein team das sinlos in ein cap reipushed anstelle einen capvorteil zu halten gewinnen halt selbst bei guten ergebnissen keine Spiele. Das problem mit OP ist das alles was ein BB instant killed automatisch als OP angesehen wird. Nun mal folgende situatinen. Wen eine strike Lexi 21 1000 LB bomben oder eine shokaku einen guten crossdrop auf einen DD ausführen dan wird das als ok angesehen? Wen eine Montana oder Conqu. 12 km von der breitseite eines Kreutzers 12 403 mm AP Murmelen in die breitseite hauen aus Stealth wird das als ok angesehen? Warum soll ein Yolo BB dan den anflug von einen CV überleben der pro spiel eh maximal 3 bis 5 anfüge macht. Ist das wirklich OP oder ist die Warnehmung was an einen BB schaden machen kann völlig durch den Wind?

    Enterprises AP Bombs work only agist German BBs because of the armor layout. GZs AP bombs dont care about your nation They Wreck Montanas as much as FdGs GZs fighter with the relevant skills of being downtired can hold their own agist Shokakus the real problem is you stray into ANY AA ara you lose fighters superfast and with a lost fighter you wont have much chance to win any air fights. Thats what makes her unfun the anough of micromanegent is way higher despite only having 5 Squads you look away a second and your fighters are gone. Unless your totaly outplayed you get some strikes thogh and it can make a difference but scouting is a weakpoint add to that that your own detection range is way to high compared to other T8 CVs and you can get spoted if any DD slips thogh the middle quite easyly. and you can do nearly nothing agist them usless you skilled a full secondary build wich no CV skipper really does since especally the range module hurts your planes.

    Graf does the one Job its suposed to do good much to the dismay of BB skipers becasue it dont care if your T10. If your unsuported your dead or servely cribbled. And no im not in favor of tuning it down becasue it is heavyly paid with being useless agist DDs and can be contered by suport. The problem is the Target selection. During the 1st Test cycle you could target most cruisers with DW Torps in the 2ed all are imun leaving you with a predicual number of targets to protect for the enemy CV, Also no matter the setup GZs Fighter cant scout efectively since they die to most DDs If said dd has DP main arment. Most likely 2/0/3 will go live since they tested it twice but i REALLY hope they dont bring in the strike setup. While its funny to do 200K+ damage at times its uperly useless for the team. im interested in the overall opinon they get from the after test reports. GZ as it is isnt a Fun CV and servly limit. They havent touched her fighters wich are her main weakpoint in the last 2 Tests especally their weakness to AA.

    aber die einschrenkungen sind schohn derbe keine Kreuzer mehr in diesen test run. Schaden ok aber wen der gegner ahnung hat kann er einen voll blocken und selbst wen nicht muss das eigene Team noch nicht selbstmord begehen... Test 2 macht zwar nicht solche runs ist aber im schnitt Teamdienlicher und kommt auch auf seine um 100 Pro game
  12. Any player looking at the waiting cues can see a overabandence of BBs WG aknowleged that there are to many BBs wany back before we got to this ping before German BBs were released. To combat that they throw one bandaid after another to create a "conter" that even if it really would work would be screwed by MM if one side gets it and one side dont. Things like AP Bombs and DW Torps come to mind here. To Combat a problem without tuning down the class as a whoule is bound to end in failure. And im not talking about sudenly having BBs only firing training shells that cant citadel sudenly. What in my mind should be a factor is removing things that more and more removes the need for BBs to either make a hard choise or rely on its team for its shortcomings. So if WG is really concerned about BB overpopulution why dont they just..... ......remove BBs from the T4 conceilment expert skill? Fading between salvos. Sneaking up on cruisers that to get any DPS done need to fire often and as such for some reason are way more visible than a 400T + BB. This Ties directly in reducing BB survivability without nerfing things like BB damagecontroll or God forbdts the stupid Bow plating nerf WG looked at. Tanking in a BB IS fine. Being able to disengage without cover isnt. ......Give BBs as a class a penalti at detecting Torpedos.? Torpedos are suposed to counter BBs but for some reason they go for DW torps to do the job that every DD should be semi good at from the start. The Torpedo specalized IJN having the worst ability to actually hit is a das joke with Panasia as a fix to the BB problem even more so especally msince their base hulls wreck any IJN DD in a gunfight (well maybe not AKI but she is a odball anyhow). The Goal here is to make BBs take a choise. Either rely on your team for Torpedodetection OR use the T3 detection skill and/or Target Aquisition Mod.to get the detection values they have now without (scale it for below T8 ships that cant slot it to make it fair) And if you think thats unfair thats exactly what CV skiper had to do when they had to take Torpedo aceleration to get to the same speed they had before it went into the game.... The real Goal here is making BBs make a choise without impacting on other class like DW Torps that kill off cruisers more easyly because of their low reaction time. ......Remove highpen HE shells from any ship. I dont care for higher fire chances or higher alpha but all ships should have to make choises in their ammo vs the right Target. If you want more pen use IFHE and pay For it with having 4 points less for other things What i dont think is a good Idia is increasing Dispersion, increasing Signma (making it lower) or increasing Rudershift time. BBs must be able to fullfill their role on the Battlefield but their role ISNT being able to deal with any situation that can pop up on their own.

    Add unlimited plane reload to that please because thats the most stupid way to limit it. CVs have more than enogh limitations and if you want to lagh see this: Providing recon IS one of teh major jobs of CVs kind of deafeats the point to make it even harder isnt it?

    You were commenting on someone stated low tir cv expirence so mayhaps i misunderstood something about high tir in the context of what he was replying to . Anyway as a Higher Tir CV that can do more than point and click i just kill the DDs or have enogh Squads to force tehm off by spoting. At lower tir its harder becasue of the limitations or skill break WG made to Buff non CV Sealcluber.

    That by permaspoting said CV leaves his planes to cover 1 DD? Of course if said DD is at 7 km to half the enemys fleet he has them back soon again but thats ratehr a Problem of the DD player doing a deep strike without suport rater than the CV permaspoting him. Low Tor CVs have very little reserves and he is near useless on stiking DDs thanks to the Sealcluber in non CVs buff. if he does spoting and that kills the DD good play for the CV. I Still get plenty of good games in my T5 Kamikazes/Fujin despite having CVs around
  19. Its only good as killing BBs that are unsuportet. Thats exactly what is is designed for. You can argue thats unbalaced and your are right because its heavyly pays for that 1 Trick it does and it dont solve the overall problem it is suposed to counter since there are not allways a GZ on every side.... What really would be fun is if they decide to balance US CVs around the AP concept instead of doing a serious look at US flight controlls..... anyway thing like even tesing Test 1 with no Fighters do not makes me feel good about the way WG is looking tor GZ to go.......but if Test 2 is one of its FC well ok there its one thing even if limited that it can do.

    Problem ist eher das WG Teamunterstützung nicht belohnt. Was nützt es den mir wen ich 90k spoting damage mache dafür wenig normalen damage und dafür 160k credits kriege wen ich anstelle dessen 110k und 0 spoting machen kann und 400k kriege? von den exp mal ganz abgesehen diewo sich CVs 2 Beine ausreissen müssen und 200k games um das zu ereichen was jedes andere schiff in nen 100k game kriegt. Und Test 1 ist genauso wie Strike US CVs unter Tir 9 auf eine sache ausgelegt. Was manchmal auch klapt aber auch manchmal 100% gecontered wird und meineserachtens rein von den was ein CV den spiel bringen soll schohn von der ausrichtung total fehl an platz ist. Ändert aber auch nix dran das egal was man als CV macht immer wer meckert weil man genau ihn grade nicht ünterstützt oder halt failed weil man seinen Yolo aleingang nicht suportet hat und er draufgeht.

    In den meisten Fällen kommt man nur auf den selben schaden wie Test 2 da man noch mehr umwege fliegen muss um überhaupt zum Zug zu kommen. Test 1 ist wie Stike Lexi Mit den unterschied das sie gegen alles auser BBs nutzlos ist.
  22. And BBs main job was to Provide AA cover for CVs and shore bombardment at least in WW2. Thogh real live jobs dont reflect the role of ships in game since the you can get a BB for a CA in MM wich dont reflect the rarity or value of a ship in real life anyway. In game DDs main job is caping Its the BBs job to position himself in a way that Cruisers and DDs provide sreening not the other way around unless you play in divisions were that level of teamplay exists but even there it might be short sighted to have a CA screen you and get Fokused out because they cant take the fire from enemy BBs. Thing is in most cases you dont need screening you get to 12 to 14 km angle away from the push direction and not much can happen to you unless you get Fokused by a CV - Keep some cover ready to break line of sight to heal up and you practical most get damaged by fire wich is 100% healable most DDs cant touch you since most Torps are caped at 10Km and can not reach a 30 kn BB on a away course and their gun range isnt much better since AFT is like comiting suicide for DDs build on caping because of teh open water firing detection rules.

    no i dont mean that i mean Texas way better AA than Techtree New York Arizona more acurate than New Mexico Missouri slightly better armor and randar than Iowa Mutsu more squishi and Carrierbait compared to Nagato for 1 Tir down and some not usable torps. Kii less acurate worse armor layout and again non usable Torps for better AA Musashi less acurate guns and titally unusable AA defence for Tir 9 higher reload for 1 Tir Id rather had armed 410mm protoyamato in a 1945 config than Musashi that can return to port as soon as there is a CV in game.

    I liked Izu more than Yama since the guns worked quite well for me.....of course US BBS still had a citadel when i leveled her that might have been a factor.
