Das klingt genau nach den Clanwar gewine als das all Shima team aufgetaucht ist. Weil man sich nicht darauf eingestellt hat das jemand so "dumm" ist so was aufzustellen hat man verloren und der gegner cheatet...... Es gibt begrenzte Build punkte genau dafür das man eine Entscheidung treffen muss wen man sich gegen AA entscheidet und dan keine Kelle kriegt wen mal ein CV auftaucht sollte das doch ok sein oder? dafür hat man in den anderen 9 von 10 spielen den vorteil?

T7 benefit from rather good MM due to T5 and 6 geting uptired more often becasue of T4 protected MM. Scharnhorst is a pretty decent ship or if you can get the free exp by playing Nelson is decent too and you dont have to pay a dime for her. Real Moneymaker are at T8 thogh. Alabama or her soon inc sister ship, Tirpitz and Atago are all very good ships as are LoJang,Kidd or HSF Harekaze. Well the king of money printing is Missouri but pasiv meta and the high free exp const can put a bit of a damper on her..... Thogh at higher Tir havng a decent captain is pretty much madatory. 14 to 16 points are needed to get the most out of any higher Tir ship. and below 10 isnt recomended on others than perhaps BBs wich are more forgiving than other classes. If you as a newcomer dont have acess to a decent captain take a look at the operation of teh week there you can get 10 point captains thogh you need to retrain them. Just inform yourself about the operations not every ship is suited for every Ops and you need to 4 star it so that can take a bit with randoms. Most Important pick a ship that fits your playstyle the most OP BB is useless if you cant make it work becasue your playstly is more suited for DDs. Your doing consiting results in a class research prems of that class and see if they work for you. Also consider that playing a Ship at 5-6 not nessesaryly reflects how the same class plays at T8.

Stealth does only do so much and once your open fire thats it your free prey at T8 especally with the maps geting more and more open killinggrounds for BBs at that range. Not saying you cant cope but if your for example in a Hipper that isnt really mobile to begin with your drawing the short strawn in a lots of matches. Even the best angeling and wigeling wont save you from 16 inch RNG lotery in a cruiser while you usally have to keep the fire coming down for a extended period of time to get resuts thats BBs can get in 1 -2 salvoes if RNG smiles at them. Thats why its important to not despair and keep it coming T9 brings heals and acess to reload or range Mods wich either can bost damage or let you stay further back depending on your playstyle. T10 Cruisers overall are all pretty decent just dont expect cruisers at any level do hard carrys like some other classes can pull off.

The problem isnt that its finally something not for BBs. The problem is that they try to fix the BB problem with a new nation instead of tweaking BBs. Panasia do NOT fix BBs, There is no controll over wich side gets one. They also overun IJN DDs wich they outgun and have near same stealth at nearly any level sinking another nail in the coffin called IJN DD. They also ilustrate with their smokes that DDs that dont do 42kn plus base can only do damage in open water with having while having a smoke on demand ready all wich are thing other nations DDs do not have. The only drawback is having DW Torps in a DD vs DD fight but lower tir RU dds with 4 km torps can do fine too dont they?

Wieviele angriffe hat ein CV pro game? grade einer der am kartenrand rumlungern muss weil er significant schlechteres conceilment hat als jeder andere T8 CV? Bomber GZ macht 90-140k pro game oder dürfen nur andere klassen schaden machen. und dieser schaden ist auf BBs konzentriert welche direkt kaum zum sieg beitragen. Also kaum capresets usw was bedeutet das die ausbeute für den schaden sich selten in exp/credits wiederspiegelt. GZ macht genau einen job und ist hierbei extrem berechenbar. Das du grade eine Strike lex hattest ist wohl kaum der Fehler der GZ. Then again why were CVs alt atack were nerfed? if the balacing factor were that CVs were BEEPED with high tir gameplay transfering their 19 points down? Why were Minakaze and isokaze nerfed they scale with high tir captains too? Fact is thease "anti BB DDs" at most tirs run down IJN Torp boats and hit the crap out of them while having VERY close conceilment to them. Thats Balace? The point is has anyone has trobble landing US torps on a BB? reload of the 5 tube sets and range for all but Gering(thats a isue for all dds with less than 12 km range that basically canot hit a BB on are away corse) are a isue hiting is NOT so whats this DW for others than lowering the reactiontime to delete cruisers? I strongly disagree with the US based gunboats having the near same or better stealth than IJN Torp DDs thogh. German DDs showed that you can build Torpedo DDs that land hits on BBs without [edited]up the balance of Torp vs gun DDs. GZ Torps cant hit ANY cruiser only BBs and CVs making them highly predictible but then again Planes can easyer get past obstructions than a ship can. I just cant understand why they dont make a option to switch between DW and normal that way they could set DW to BB only without handicaping them agist other targets and giving said targets a chance. We DONT need another source that delete cruisers especally the few that dont resort to long range HE spam that allready are at huge risk of early deletion by BB guns.

Deutsche DDs haben einen significanten nachteil in steath zum capen smoke haelt nicht lange und bis auf Z52 ist das sonar defensiv da die meisten DDs einen deutschen DD spoten wen dieser in sonar ist aufgrund der smokefire mechanics.(wen dieser vorprecht um in einen dd in smoke mit sonar zu spoten und das feuer eröfnet) Deutsche DDs sind gute Torpedobote aber sicher nicht die besten capcontester. ein short range sonar macht keinen high visible dd zum super caper.

As far as i know the DW Torps are class based atm that meas only DDs are safe.That info is from a CC that has acess to them, Radar is as usefull as on RN CL . Your not in a div its useless ur in a div its usefull. Most normal player wont use anthing over smoke. Second line torping isnt worth and with class based torps everyone knows ionly DDs are safe. Complaining about teamkills is as usefull as demanding BBs toch theirW key before the 1st frindly DD died in a cap. DW dont confuse anybody. DDs are safe the rest is not. DW torps are useless agist 99% of BBs because they wont get into DD infested waters anyway and Panasia have to get past your sides DDs to get to a BB, and on away course only teh T10 can hit a BB just like any other DD with 10km or less range Torps. Basically they are US Torps that hit cruisers more easylyunless you yolo around the mapboarder in hope of hiting a BB.

The problem isnt the raw AA if you atack with 4 squads even high AA can only shot down so much the problem is how the panic efect scaters the drops . US Drops are not really scater as much as IJN you basically can land 2 -3 Torps of a paniced US while depending on what planes die you get only 1-2 on IJN and 14-21 1000lb are still a sure fire to 2 while 10 500 lb are not,

Sinking a CV thogh DoT even thogh def AA is one of the resons tehy made that repair party last that long in the test. Geting rid of fighter interfrence and having free reign to spot the enemy DDs is a near win ticket and worth losing a strike wave no matter what WG does. plus if your down tired the enemy cv with def fire is still a easyer target than most BBs without. Shokaku def fire wont stop US Torp spreads or US DB from hiting. IJN is a bit more hadicaped.

i personally think when tehy buffed HE on germans pen wise they went the wrong way. they should have gave them the better ap bonce angles of the americans, US still leads in utility and even lower rof wouldnt be so painfull if when you hit you actually do damage.

If you get head on situations you can brawl but. But anybody that has any clue just kites away were your Torps play no role and your AP is unrelying then you just get out dpmed with HE were your armor plays little role. Chapey dont yet have the 8 km and its armror isnt up to tandard Atago/Mogami exel at liting and are ablue to steathtorp anybody just pushing into them. 6 km Torps used ofensively leads you into ranges were you take tons of either he or AP pen damage and due to the low speed your also more likely to just get spoted by DDs that keep on your bow lighting you up for BB fire. The real question is how would you do with any other ship but hipper? Well it afects all Germ Cruser and its significant for the 6 inch cruisers. It also let you pen BB Bows and rears for 8 inch thogh hiting that parts at range isnt that easy especally with Hipper/Eugen because of low rof. It get better with T9 due to the reload mod but since im still at hiper i cant confirm that from expirience. Fact is thogh Germ HE is low damage and low fire chance to compensate for the upside that just has little impact for at least this 2 ships (York has higher damage HE the higher have the rof). That ads to a package. Hipper is slugish and realtiv slow. While the armor makes cits at lower range more unlikely you get hit often and gets pens from BB shells with no way to heal the damage back. The AP IS quite good but the window for its use is so limiting. You can be devastating at close range with the Torps but often thats a suicide run while most ofter cruisers just kite away and get their damage that way. Its just much harder to do well in Hiper/Eugen compared to most other cruisers. When it comes to pure HE kiting i would be rather in a Algerie or even York. High tir and pasiv gameplay there dont allow Hipper to operate at her best engagement ranges and at long range her armor eats as much cits than any other cruiser due to plunging mechanics.
