  1. ​If you sit in a North Carolina padeling backward and a Amagi push agist you. Your Tactic padeling Backward. His tacktic pushing but angeling from when reloaded to fire all your Guns the Amagi will newer reach you wile you lost lie 10 to 20% health. Thats an efective tactic isnt it?

    Historical: While carrier borne Aircrafts comited suicide atacks it was allways Pilot iniciative not organized atacks. Organnized atacks were done from 1944 on by land based Aircrafts both Stike aircrafts and Fighters. In case of Fighters they were equied with bombs (fighter bomber) And as such ill suited to work anti air not that that mattered becasue by then they had lost most of their expirenced flight personal. The Impact was compared to the number of planes used a drop in the ocean (and yes there were a few spectacular cares like the Franklin that was put out of comission for rather Long but that didnt impacted on the war in the slightest) So in game you have exprienced captains comanding valuable Ships not some OMG we cant win anyway lets throw or asats away..... What i think what fighters can be used for i have posted before so i dont repeat it. So we disagree and this isnt a contest of "lets find something to make CVs more interesting" because what CVs Need much is a better UI and and some better designed Flightdecks especally for US much more than the +30% Ammo for US fighters or Kamikaze. So personally i dont like the idia. It dont fits it Progress nothing and it has the potential to screw your Team when done wrong. Not on Skybugs Level of useless but no good either. At least in my eyes. But feel free to disagree.

    ​Honestly i dont care if you have the best Intention in the world when i see that every 2ed WILL use a Tool like this to screw his Team over if it gives him even the slightest personal benefit. plus the added Anti ship damage would have to be balanced either with lowering the rest of your Setup or buffing US both wich are not a good Option when your Teams CV throws his tool to defend himself and his Team away. There are enogh Things to do with fighters they just Needs to be rewarded but on that they are working on.

    ​That dosent Change that there are a lots out there thanks to GNB and 2 Salesrun plus one salesrun for Fujin. How often you see mid Tir battle without ones of thease? Edit: BloodRose13: Iso and mine as it stand lose dam and 11kn of Torp Speed Iso also has a increase of 2 sek on gunreload to 12 sec If changes go live as they are now wich is NOT confirmed.

    ​Either that or at least fast Turetrotation here again the Change from bad as usall to the T8 Hell on drugs Turrets feels unnatural Progression wise plus t7 and t8 are too slow for a gunboat. IF CAs can run them down...it just dont fit the role add that to IJN Smoke compared to US at least here we could get a update on that line
  7. ​If someone trys to push agist you angeling in a way to use all ist Guns while your are doing it he wont have much HP left when he reaches you if any if thats not effectiv i dont know. Plus certain ships with all or nothing armor would have go for stealth Builds to minimize teh time they get acurate fire inc and stay at Long range wich means thease 3 extra guns with low velocity heavy shelly wont do that much either way. Dont get me wrong i hate bow on backpadling but some ships just dont have much Options others than dieing very fast to citadels becasue their armor is inefective angled but thats a WG design decission because playability over realism......

  9. cbt was a semi closed enviroment. At the end of it you could shoot 100 plus Torpedos in a minekaze and could hope for 3 to 5 hits because everyone could use WASD. Cant compare that to a open to all game.
  10. Well take a look at mingles with jingles looks like they have a nice flat arc. If they are stealthy they can work like Atago. Fire a few salvos then fade again then redo. Plus the lack of smoke meanes they can use radar vs DDs that are basically in range as soon as the CL is detected
  11. Well i usally hit a MK Inside smoke when im in a CA by aiming for tracers and it dont last that long anyhow. Rather bad If your at low speed and its gone. Personally i rather work with her good range and keep smoke as a escape Tool when I get too much atention.
  12. it has but then it barly fits into its smoke blob because its battleship size and have rather bad detectionrange . From what i have seen RN CLare rather small and stealthy.

  14. If you drive a NC in a position were she can use its C Turet you wont survive a quater of the time your Bow on fires or not. The Design of certain ships just suck. Once upon a time i thoght T8 up US BBs are more mobile while then finding out Gameplay dictate that your actually slower than t3 to t7.

    More like an excuse to go full yolo and not suporting the team for a little extra damage , -))). If you have the option would you wait till the enemy CV is really dead?

    you still have to deal with Floatfighters most of the time in a heavy AA Aura. You still have to keep DDs open this time without worrying about your or your teams savety. On top of that real kamikaze were fited with jamed bombs to actually deal more than cosmetic damage. Why turn to Kamikaze If you have the concept of fighter bomber?

    Topic came up quite often and each time it was considered as useless. Perhaps usable in a CV snipe but even there unbalancable.

    Actually refund would be the best. You bought a camo for a ship you liked. If I gets changed beound what it was i wouldnt put perm on it. Example i keep my Buki because I loved it. A castated version on T6? No thanks. At least not worth spending dublon camo on it.

    ​the Problem isnt nervig. Its nerfing one aspects without competing another. And now any DD now have 10 km and then you get shima at 10 with 20 and Gering with 16? That feels totally unnatural. IJN loses out on speed. It has decent guns but more suited to ambush and retreat than sustained dps. Unconfortable torp arcs and bad detectionrange on Akatsuki less than CA speed on Shira...poi and Akizuki. A gunboat line that is worse gunwise but the T8? Torpedos that cant hit retreating Targets? Really wish they overthink this quite a bit because it feels wrong not just with the Torps.

    do you Seriously think RN has less then the 5% fire chance of US DDs? If they with their crappy gunarcs manage so will RN with nearly dobble the guns and better Arcs.

    ​No But on most Levels you can Turn Into one Wave and Fokus the other . Your or Turn early enogh that he has to Reposition inside your AA Aura Strike Planes usalyy go down fast if they take too many detours. And If you after that eat a Torpedo or 2 and make sure it hits your Torpedo bulge your taken 4 to 8k damage (or 16k) in a battleship for a atack that is 4 Minutes plus in the making. Any Good BB or CA Salvo does the same with a much higher rate or Happening. Thats Statistical proven. For BBs the greatest source of damge are......other BBs

    Haveaduck was Your CV a Strike Ranger? Did any CA stayed near your CV? Had a Saipan agist me today our CV was a Hiryu But more skilled (43% WR VS 48%) But then a Hiryu can defend itself a Strike ranger cant thats why ist called suicide loadout. Both CV played decent but no CV can compensate for a Team Hellbent on geting itself sunk.

    ​Your sure? Well I bet it get Fubuki Torps ,-))). Well Kagaro as it is now Needs to be played as a hybrid gunboat anyway since for the resons you allready have stated your semi forced to use the 20km Torps atm and they can be seen from the Moon..... Shima at least has the 12km ones even if i find that makes the Gering Overall the more safe Torp boat Shima at least has the Speed to disengage agist most DDs.
