  1. klein DD wird je ruderstellzeit gegen stealth tausen und bei CA ist das so ne Sache da es ja nichts am Wendekreis ändert.... apietruszewski ​: WG hat das gemacht was es tun sollte : es hat hat gesehen wer was macht und gesehen das IJN DDs zwar beliebt waren weil sie gemütlich zu spielen waren aber nicht an die Dam werte anderer schiffe rankamen und versucht das zu beheben. Nicht mal in der Schlimsten Torpedosuppenzeit ist die shima and ne Yamato oder Zao wertemäsig rangekommen. Müssen also diese beiden schiffe soweit runter generft werden bis sie nicht mal mehr ne ST Louis versenken können? Und Schlachtschiffe finden immer nen Grund die Blaue Linie zu campen ob nun Torps oder Feuer oder Lackierung wird zerkratzt.

    ​other ships have it too unless your refering to the bug. Depleated section take minimal damage. Happens to BB superstructure a lot probably just your not taken that much damage to bow or Stern.

    ​The Problem i have with this is that 10km Torps are unable to hit Targets on a away Coruse. You also unable to deal with Radar equiped Units with Torpedos (on Top of the Agility Buff that is inc for Cruisers) that means even if you win the fight thogh DDs and CA and finally get to the BBs all they have to do is to Show you ist Stern and they are imun to the single balancing factor that can really hurt BBs in a very short time. And im not going into the idia of giving some now even Sonar. The Scout fighter alone could screw your Torpedorun anoyingly often enogh. I hold my Jugement on the "Gunboats" till they hit the live Server. Just one Thing: Firepower or not do you really think a T8 DD with 33kn Speed will work on T8??
  4. ​I dont know any but the new T6 and T7 of teh Gunboat line are outclassed gunwise by teh Torpedoboats and T8 33kn??? I dont see how that will work even if it relys on invis firing it cant even Keep the diistance agist cruisers. Ru works because they can disengage any other ship they want but this ? well they have time to work over and Balance but overally it feel especally for the Torp line that you have to Play a whole bunch of no or barly cometitiv ship to get shima.

    ​Well the US MK 15 dont have their early war downside of not detonating at all even if they hit a Target either so ist Kind of balanced ,-))) "The Mark 15 was the standard destroyer torpedo during the war. It initially suffered from the same detonator problems as the Mark 14: Two destroyers put 16 torpedoes into Hornet in October 1942 but still failed to scuttle her. "
  6. it dont matter there are CA that have near DD conceilment IJN for example that dosnt Change that as soon as they are spoted BBs will murder them because they have a citadel and ist not that DDs are in Need of any more predators atm anyhow its BBs that Needs some culling since most DDs cant get Close without winning the DD vs DD fight 1st.

Mogami: Geändertes Turmlayout bessere Turmaufstellung Als Atago dafür kein repair und schlechtere Torp winkel Dank des T8 Modules gradeso Stealthtorp/Stealthfire fähig mit CE die frage ob 155 oder 203mm ist so ne Sache da die Reichweite und Turmdrehrate grottig ist für die 155mm. Ibuki: Wie eine 203mm Mogami plus mit repair ABER auf T9 hat man die auswahl über neue neue Module unter anderen +16% reichwite welches ihr Stealthfire gibt oder aber 12 % schneller schiessen für geringere Turmdrehrate.

  10. ​Exactly if im in a BB i look at were the DDs are heading and stick behind them. Less chances to get unspoted Torps there and on the plus sides enemy CA will get away from there if they see a BB so my DDs have it easyer. Point is ist MY resoponcibility to react to such Things. If the Team has only 1 DD ist the Teams responcibility to suport him within Limit. ordering People around usally wont get you anything. making a sugestion is ok but dont go balistics if People ignore it. Most People dont reakt to well with others demanding something....
  11. Does that means ignoring someones plan? if i spawn near A in DD i at least take a look into A or trying to deny it for the enemy before makng a retreat. If im the only DD in the Team and i spawn near A and someone sugests B+C its their fault not mone if they run into enemy DDs at that caps without me. Tailor your aproch to what you Team does not what someone sugest in Chat.....ist random no teambattles and most of the time the one sugestiong just wants to make his game as easy for him as posible, Tsundere_: Akagi eats to much!

    ​Repair is hard yes but in that game i scored 11 Torp hit but Overall payed over 160K for ammo alone Now most of the games even in a shima you score about 3 hits max you can guess how much you lose when you have a normal game. creamgranvy: 6 to 9 will be nerfed also. Fubuki at t6 without 3rd Turret and the same detection as at t8 ? any Minekaze/mitstuki can Keep them spoted while themself stealthed it cant outrun either. No IJN DD till T10 with Torps with more 10km means you canot hit any 27+kn ship that is on a away Course if thats not nerf for a ship that relys on Torps to do the Major part of ist damage i dont know. The new line T8 is even more strange: 33 kn? Speed is what worked on the RU Gunboats so here we have the firepower but less Speed than a Cruiser?.... wich means he can neither Keep the distance for invis firing nor use speedchanges to throw off aim...and has IJN short Duration smoke..... we will sée how that suposed to work.....not the mention that some ships of the Gun line strangely have less guns than the Torp line at that Level.

    From WGs Point of view because there are too many... if they really mean that thogh im not looking Forward of what BBs are in a few month ,-)))). Secondary onyl because there are to many? Saw a resulut of a Des Moins he got 900k credists for 100k damage. Had a game in my Shima i got 217k damage and 2 caps for.....481k credits and no he didnt finished some super duper missions ,-))). Seems they really want to make sure only People who can take a loss Play IJN at high Tir.

    For what i did a bit less ,-)) probably another "there are too many IJN DDs lets make it as unconfortable as posible" Factor. Would lile to see a Zao or Yamoto to compare.

    This in Essence: as 0 fighter you have 3 Options: Hope you can get a Mirror strike CV and get Into a Dps race. Hope to get the enemys fighter out of position and kill him. Having either a Div mate in a AA spec CAor find someone who cares to provide the cover you yourself denys your team. And all the enemy CV needs to do is to kill your Tb and your oh so high Dps is reduced to that of a Fighter build playing RNG with your DBs. And If the balanced CV has a CA himself to babysit him your really srewed because now he can actively provide cover or hunt down your planes while sinking you. Only Lexi can look afer itself the rest wont do his team much favor If the enemy is halfway competent.

    ​Well without shooting you do no damage, -))) Even a halftrained monkey can avoid most Torpedos and i wont use 8km ones or speedboosts at the 12km ones so hitrate is at 5% even when you shoot around 8 to 6km

    ​thats nice and fine but wont help you If your siting in a DD and are permaspoted after the strike CV is sunk.... The better stats of no fighter CV only help the player of said CV. With a class that is limited most of the time at the cost of your team. If I meet a 0fighter CV thats. What usally happen:

    Your forget that german BBs play more agresivly since their armor works best at that range. Mayhaps all the mapbordercamper and backwardpadling ones are anoyed that the magic A to D circles all turn red because the enemy suports caping?

    Had place 3 in a unremarkable game on my Shima yesterday with prem Lost 40k. Had my best game ever a few days ago over 200k dam 2 caps bit under 500k credits but over 350k costs. What suprised me were over 160k ammonition costs alone. Prem consumable and camo were cheap compared to that.

    And thats fine. With manual FC i usally wreck DDs but it takes time as it should because in ship to ship combat the majorly deciding factor should be playerskill and not an automatic AI controlled factor.

    ​going by that argument BB hit rate will be lowered to 2 to 5% because 5 to 7 BBs to 2 CA are just as unhealthy? As it stands BBs that actually push gets punished while any Camp at the boarder or retreating to the boarder ship cant be even hit as long as there is enogh of the enemy team alive. Torpedowalls never had a direct efect because the 1st thing you have get past was and always be the enemy DDs.
